  I had a great stay at Tirant Hotel. The location is excellent, nestled right in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and many of the city's main attractions. The breakfast spread had a great variety and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even better. The only minor downside is that the street can be a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected when staying in such a lively part of the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tirant Hotel and would happily stay here again.

  The good: The hotels location couldn't have been better, right in the main shopping area of the Old French Quaters. The hotel and it's rooms are nicely styled representing the old French quarter. The food selection for breakfast is very versatile and of good quality. The staff, Don and Chester and all of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bad: The fact that our time in Vietnam had come to an end, and we had to return home.

  Brilliant hotel, incredible location, extremely warm staff. I am not sure why this is rated as 4-star hotel. It is one of the best hotels in the old quarter. Everything is walking distance - the Hoan Kiem lake, all great restaurants, the famous Cafe Giang, the Hanoi night market, etc. Don - the hotel concierge is the best! He organised everything perfectly for us and got each one right! He organised one of the best locations for us to visit Train Street, the perfect tour to Ninh Binh, our transportation needs and endless great advise. Andy and the front office team were excellent. Drew and Brian at the restaurant made each breakfast and outstanding experience. A big thanks to the entire team at Hotel Tirant and we will see you again some time soon!

  Absolutely loved our stay in the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the rooftop pool area with the bar was visited daily and the standard of the room was even better than we expected. You couldn’t ask for a better location, right at the heart of everything in the Old Quarter. The best of all was the staff who couldn’t do enough for you, they greeted us by name everyday and went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. We’d be delighted to stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

  Amazing time at the Tirant Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated Don who remembered me and my partners name and would greet us every time he saw us. Very nice and friendly guy. Same goes to Chester who was very welcoming and friendly at breakfast! The location doesn’t get much better than this. We arrived at night and there was a concert going on in the middle of the intersection next to hotel!! Room was on smaller size but very clean and perfect condition. Good selection for breakfast and cool that you get to see the whole city with the view. Great place to stay when visiting Hanoi.

  Best hotel ever ! Highly recommended even kept our luggage for us while we were gone and gave us free high tea and setup our room for honeymoon absolutely amazing!

  Wonderful hotel in every respect! Front desk staff welcome you and make sure everything is right for your stay. They put an extra bed in our room for our 9 year old son for a small charge. Our room had excellent AC and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was outstanding! Andie and Silva in the kitchen do an excellent job preparing many international food options. The coffee selection was excellent- Vietnamese coffee or espresso drinks. Chester was an excellent host in the restaurant and very fun to talk with! Location is perfect! Nice pool upstairs to cool off in too!

  Our family of four visited Tirant Hotel for two nights. From the moment we got there, we were greeted with smiles. Everyone was wonderful, Don really went out of his way to make us feel at home.|We used the spa since we just arrived from 30 hours of traveling. This is highly recommended.|The food of the Skyline restaurant was amazing.Breakfast was also amazing. We would recommend this to anyone traveling through Hanoi. |The location is in Old Quarter and the perfect location for us and our 14&12 year old to walk everywhere. We never needed a Grab.
