  iRest Orange was my home for two and a half months. The receptionist speaks very good English and is also reachable via WhatsApp. She is very friendly and helpful. The security guard is also very friendly and present 24 hours a day. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and as shown in the photos. It’s fully equipped with plenty of closet space and a washing machine. There’s also a dryer on the same floor. The bed is comfortable. The area is charming and peaceful. There are many nice places nearby for drinks and meals. I highly recommend this apartment!

  iRest Orange was my first experience choosing an apartment instead of a hotel in Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, the photos on Agoda looked almost too good to be true, so I was a bit skeptical. I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance—everything was exactly as shown in the pictures! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. After a long flight with transit, arriving here instantly washed away my tiredness. Communication with the owner through Agoda messages was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated that they were also reachable via WhatsApp, which made updating my arrival time very easy. The security guard didn’t speak much English, but he was extremely friendly. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and he kindly showed me how to enter and exit through the main entrance. The environment was quiet and pleasant, perfect for a morning walk around the neighborhood. There were lovely spots nearby for coffee and breakfast, which made my first day in Hanoi absolutely wonderful. Because of this great experience, I decided to change the rest of my stay in Hanoi to an apartment. I will definitely come back to iRest Orange when I visit Hanoi again. Highly recommended!

  Genuinely such a good place to stay in Hanoi. The location is beautiful and so much quieter than the old quarter. The apartments are super clean, so spacious, and they have a TV, a water dispenser, 2 ACs and a washing machine!! Beds are comfortable - after staying at a bunch of other hotels in Vietnam we often found ourselves wishing we could copy and paste the iRest Orange apartment to other locations because it was so comfortable. The receptionist ist really nice and welcoming, communication was very easy. So we 100% recommend this place! :)

  This place was honestly just so great to stay. It was so quiet, in a lovely part of the city with loads of coffee shops and facilities nearby. The apartment itself had everything you'd need to comfortably live there really, including a washing machine, cooking facilities, and a TV. The apartment was modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, including over WhatsApp ahead of our arrival.

  i had such an amazing two weeks staying here, literally got so depressed on my last day me and my bf wanted to cry cos we knew we would miss vietnam and staying here so much 😭 this was the first hotel i ever stayed in in vietnam that was SPACIOUS and not just a small studio this one legit is like an apartment!!! the staff is really attentive and SOOOO NICE and welcoming, they defintely made the experience better for us just being as friendly as they are :) cleaning services are consistent here we always came back to fresh towels and fresh sheets and everything restocked. loved the views in our room too!! location is super nice and realllly laid back compared to being in the center of old quarter and it also being only like 10 min away from it from taking a grab so super nice and not crowded ! when i come back to hanoi this is the only place id wanna stay, its exactly like the photos even better!! cant wait to come back and visit :')

  10/10 for welcoming and reception service. The young girl was so happy and inviting. Hassle free check-in and so quick which was so nice after a long trip. Excellent location. The apartment was absolutely spotless and such good value for money. Very comfortable bed and pillows and hot water on demand. A/C heaters in main area plus bathroom. Fantastic sized smart TV with all the apps which was nice to chill too. Well equiped Kitchen and full sized fridge. Small balcony adjacent to living area then another adjacent to bedroom. Highly recommend and great area. I’ve stayed in 4 other apartments in the same area and this out does all of them hands down. 10/10

  We just love this place! Pictures don’t show how this big this apartment is, and in comparison with other stays at the same price, it’s really HUGE! Also we loved the area — West Lake is just a perfect place to stay for several days, especially if you like quiet atmosphere and local vibes, there are a lot of great places to eat and shop vintage around the hotel.

  Felt like home straight away! So nice having a spacious bright apartment full of light with great views. Such a refreshing change after dark overpriced tiny rooms in the old quarter!|Great amenities and interior design. I was very comfy watching films on Netflix and had the best sleep.|Staff were friendly and helped me pick the right room. |Definitely recommend. |In a quiet area with good lakeside cafes and restaurants nearby and a 5-10 minute walk to the hustle & bustle. Nice staying in an area not overrun with tourists. Check out all the vintage stores nearby and Bookworm shop!
