  Clean and well organized Accommodation for hire, within the living quater in a central district of Hanoi, closed to the restaurant street of Giang vo, walking distance to Giang Vo Lake, avoiding congestion to the airport. Nice door men. Worth for stay.

  Overall, customer experience is below par for this range in Hanoi. The security guards are really helpful with the door and luggage. The receptionists are terrible along with the sales staff. I was charged for missing spoons which I'm pretty sure is in the room as I didn't get a chance to touch them. I could've stayed here for longer but the poor experience made me booked elsewhere.

  Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Booked this hotel for my girlfriend via Trip.com and fully prepaid for the hotel. However when turn up at the hotel, she was told that the booking is a “scam booking”. If your hotel has over accepted bookings or your system has messed up, please have the basic COURAGE to admit it and try to find alternative accommodation for the guests instead of coming up with some lame excuse of saying our booking is a “scam booking” when the booking is done through a reputable booking website such as Trip.com. And not even a formal apology written to my girlfriend . Will be my first and last time booking with this hotel. Honestly , to all potential guests not wanting your vacation to be ruined by turning up at a hotel with valid booking only to be rejected , please don’t book with this hotel as it’s booking system is totally messed up.

  We stayed at the apartments for a few days with another family on a trip to Hanoi The apartments are spotless and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were very helpful and very friendly the adjoining bakery and restaurant are very good. The only downside is it’s a little out of the centre but taxis are very cheap and easy to get. |We would definitely recommend to stay here if you are in Hanoi..

  Absolutely is a wonderful place to stay and explore Hanoi. Friends along with us shared a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom recently. Everything was excellent. One can eat in the building, shop in a market and enjoy a Vietnamese coffee without leaving the structure. The large suite was perfect, clean and well maintained. 24 hour security assures safety and the staff at the front desk are very helpful. They call taxis, answer questions and are happy to direct you to restaurants and any other locations you need. The pool, sauna, workout area on the 25th floor are wonderful.

  Good and safe accommodation. My company has a flat there. I love the place. They have a small supermarket, a Shusi Restaurant and a Camora Bar (selling beer).|The place is good for the man looking for a luxury and safe office or house. The price is little bit of high to compare to the next building.

  Travelled with my family of 7 and stayed at a 4 bedrooms apartment at Lancaster. Good location, walking distance to a lot of food places. Staffs are friendly and helpful, Ha took me across the room and helped me to buy some sims cards at really good price. great gym and pool with beautiful views. Love this place and highly recommended

  Had to book this service apartment as it’s walking distance with the embassy I need to apply visa for. Due to language barrier, was a bit challenging to communicate with staff if we wanted to ask or something.|Book was great space and looks clean. Though the safety deposit box we’re unable to use because of it’s existing code. Didn’t bother to follow-up due to will be staying only for 3days. The sauna wasn’t working properly as well. The rest looking good.
