  The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything i expected. The staff were very helpful, they quickly responded to all my messages and assisted me in my requests.

  If you’re looking for a nomad-style stay, this place is ideal. It’s not crowded or touristy like hotels. The environment was peaceful and helped me focus on work and relax. Being surrounded by local shops and markets made me feel connected to the community.

  This was very well priced and served our needs very well. The washing machine was essential in our booking. There are some scuff marks on the wall, and it was not very clean when we arrived. The reception were very attentive and supplied free water. Would stay again

  Rooms are decent but in desperate need of deep cleaning in sofa and some areas. Only one key 🔑 provided between 4 persons, reason given- due to security reasons. ( how can 2 keys be unsecure? Illogical) We had huge difficulties because of this reason, because when 2 people left differently, who would return first is impossible to determine. This is big deal breaker. Location is clean and lively, nearby lots of cafes and restaurants. View of lake is partial.

  BEWARE!! FRAUD!! This place is deceptive and unsafe. I booked one property, but on arrival the receptionist tried to move me to a completely different building about 100 meters away, down a narrow, dirty alley. The alternate building was not the same property shown in the listing at all. When I contacted the manager, they claimed it was the “same room,” which is completely false. The location, surroundings, and building were entirely different. I did not check in because I did not feel safe. This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic. Avoid this place unless you want unpleasant surprises and safety risks.

  Cousy, quiet, clean appartment near the West Lake. It was however somewhat far away to walk to the old city. In the off-season the neighborhood was very quiet as compared to the bustle and hustle of the old town. The kitchen was well equipped.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. We chose to stay in Tay Ho because our son and his wife lived close by. We were also aware that this would be a quieter location than the Old Quarter, which it was, but there is no problem hiring a taxi to get to the Old Quarter or indeed anywhere else in the city. The cost of taxis is so cheap that staying a bit further out of the city was no problem at all. |The apartment itself was exactly what we wanted. Much more space than you would get in a hotel room, but a fraction of the price you would pay for a hotel. The apartment had comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, a TV and a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. Mr Long helped us organise a trip to Halong Bay and other queries we had.

  I've been here twice. I was satisfied. For the same price in Hanoi, this place is much better than other places in the same price range. It's well-maintained, has good drainage, and the toilets are fine, unlike other places. So, I highly recommend it. The location is excellent and safe.
