I had a very comfortable business trip renting a studio, everything was fully equipped like at home, especially the beautiful view from the 20th floor, and there was even an iron for ironing shirts.

I rented an apartment on the 15th floor for two nights and everything was fine, so I'm satisfied 🇻🇳🙂

This apartment is well located with a lot of local shops within 5-7 mins walk and an Avery nice Lotte Mall within 10mins walk. They have many restaurants in there together with a supermarket!! The apartment is outside of the business area but it’s Avery convenient if you get used to this area!!

Most of my experience here was good. However, the price to use the gym at nearly 400k is absolutely absurd. No wonder it sits empty all day/night. It’s also a shame that the air quality is so bad that it’s not safe to run outside. The gym should be included in the rental. You’re competing with hotels who would never charge extra. I wish I’d gone to a hotel instead.

Booked through Airbnb and unfortunately this was the worst apartment I have stayed in. The apartment was not cleaned properly on arrival. The listing advertised two TVs with Netflix, however there was no TV on the upper floor and the downstairs TV did not work. The air conditioning was very weak and there was no hot water throughout my stay. The biggest issue was the building staff and management. Security repeatedly moved my motorbike without reason, then acted as if they knew nothing about it, leaving me to search for it myself. The reception staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and came across as rude. To make matters worse, the facilities are heavily overpriced. The gym costs 400,000 VND per visit, the swimming pool costs 300,000 VND per visit, and parking is charged at 5,000 VND every time you enter. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the poor condition of the apartment, the excessive facility charges, and the unprofessional behaviour of the building staff, I would not recommend either this apartment or the building.

We booked this place via Airbnb and had an absolutely terrible experience. Unfortunately, Airbnb canceled our reservation after the refund was issued, so we weren’t able to leave a review there, but future guests deserve to know the truth. From the moment we entered, it was clear the apartment was not properly cleaned. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, slippers were left outside on the balcony, and the overall condition felt neglected. Worse, the upper floor was crawling with ants on the bed, nightstand, bathroom, and other surfaces. In the kitchen, we found cockroaches and an inappropriate personal item in the night drawer. When we contacted PentPlex, the host, their response was completely inadequate. They said “ants are not pests” and basically dismissed all concerns, blaming the weather and telling us “this is not a hotel.” No solution was offered just excuses. Thankfully, Airbnb refunded the full amount after we showed evidence, but this should have never happened in the first place. Avoid this place. The apartment is not clean, not safe, and absolutely not worth your money.

We were 3 besties on our annual girls trip. We loved the place. Let me detail this for you.|- 2 storey apartment on 9th floor overlooking a bridge, some beautiful colonial style buildings and the river in a distance. Quiet area but looked safe. We walked late one night too|- lower level has a kitchen, dining, living and work zone and a full bath near the dining area which also has a washer with soap etc (we didnt use it)|- upstairs had 2 bedrooms. one king sized bed with attached bath, toilet, tub and double vanity (no door to bath and shower.) Toilet had a glass door. No lock. |- 2nd bedroom with 2 super single beds but no attached toilet/bath. |- place was very clean. |- spacious|- comfortable |- Exactly like photos|- bathrooms were clean and had body wash, shampoo and conditioner (of course we carried our own)|- kitchen (we didnt use much) was well appointed. Also has a dishwasher (we didnt use it). A large fridge and a kettle plus ovens.|- this place also has a work “board room” kind of table which we couldnt see in the photos which can also double up as another dining table.|- a balcony which was cozy|- netflix was available on request|- had a very good blue tooth speaker (cant recall the brand) |- power sockets : vietnamese ones plus ones that fit singapore or malaysia plugs. But was great to see adapters kept by Hang (perhaps because i asked him about this)|- Hang helped us with umbrella’s and extra hand towels on request which we appreciated much |- we also requested him for drinking water which he provided promptly |- hot water all day was great|- aircon was great.|- Bed and pillows: |Super single beds were comfy|King bed and pillows could have been better - but i slept well regardless. honestly no complains. I am happy!|Surely recommend this place.|Great for a group of 4-5.
