  We are here for 5 nights and for the price we paid per night $78 aus we are more than impressed with this huge 2 bedroom apartment with combined lounge and dining, medium size kitchen with all appliances you need and washer and dryer. Clean and spotless ,friendly staff and willingness service to accommodate your needs . In a very quiet area however only 5min to 10min away from all the Night life . Buffet breakfast great for us with more than enough selection. 20m lap Pool was perfect and loved the area outside. Apartments offer airport pick-up and drop off . Highly recommended to stay

  Had 5 nights here recently and was very happy. Rooms big, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage space in bedrooms. Fully fitted kitchen including big fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer. Views of the city were fantastic. There is a coffee shop literally 2 seconds away which was great for our breakfast 🥞. Lovely fresh coffee and amazing cakes. We didn't use the pool as we were out every day but our 5 year old granddaughter used their plus area both indoors and outdoors which was a bonus. Location is excellent and ordered many grabs which were there within minutes. Staff mainly helpful and pleasant especially the lady on reception but I didn't get her name. Would recommend staying here as a pleasant place.

  Alex was perfect and very professional, he picked us up in the morning from our hotel, took us to the market as a group and taught us how to prepare Vietnamese dishes. The food were amazing and fresh. Alex has a great sense of humour, the cooking space was clean and modern. At the end we were all given a gift. Definitely recommend.

  Our stay at Rosegarden was made comfortable, thanks to the housekeeping staff, Ms Hai. She was a very sweet lady who always with a smile on her face, lovingly does the job. She speaks English well and had taken good care during our stay. Thanks again to her for making our stay pleasant

  We stayed at the Rose Garden Residence for almost a week. It is a nice place to stay, but it is a shadow of what it once was. It used to be very beautiful, but now it is largely neglected. The apartments are large and have everything a family needs: a spacious living room, nice bedrooms, and two bathrooms. That is all in good condition. However, the mattresses were very hard, even by Vietnamese standards. There is a swimming pool, a kids' club, and a gym. All of this is in need of replacement. Everything is old and in poor condition, especially the gym. If they address these issues, it will be a top-notch place to stay. We personally really liked the location. Outside the center, plenty of dining options around the corner, and yet relatively quick to get to the center (depending on traffic). All in all, a great place if you need space as a family.

  The hotel is outdated. It was probably built in the 1990s and hasn’t been renovated since. The apartment is large and spacious, with big beds, but the mattresses are extremely worn out and very uncomfortable, causing back pain. The hotel does not provide basic items for guests staying in an apartment, such as dish soap, a broom, laundry detergent, etc. When staying for a week or less, there is no reason for guests to have to buy these things themselves. There is a large TV with only local channels. No Netflix. The kitchen is relatively well equipped, but the refrigerator made a terrible noise. The most important issue: the Wi-Fi is very poor and does not work most of the time. There is construction right next to the hotel — loud metal noises and work going on all day, including at night and as early as 6 a.m. The location, at least for now, is terrible, mainly because of the surrounding construction. It’s not walkable at all; you have to order a Grab to get anywhere. The hotel is very expensive compared to other options and does not provide a comfortable stay for short-term guests. I do not recommend it.

  For our last 3 nights in Vietnam we stayed here in Hanoi. To put it bluntly, it did the job. If you are out all day and not using the service apartments for relaxation purposes it's good. The pool looked clean however we did not have time to use it or the fitness suite. Rooms were clean and had air-conditioning but the beds are very hard. The rooms are a mix of modern and old-fashioned especially the interior design. In the bathroom there is some storage, a tiny hairdryer and a box with combs, cotton buds, soap, shower caps and toothbrushes. The showers could do with improvement as they spray everywhere as it is a small shower head fixed high up. In the kitchen you are supplied with utensils, glasses, mugs, bowls and plates, and a large modern fridge-freezer, but no dish soap? |The hotel is about a 20 minute taxi ride to St Josephs Cathedral. Rooms look out onto the poolside or the large construction site. Receptionists always look bored or tired like they don't want to be there. |Overall the place is quite old-fashioned with hints of modern.

  I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for one or two girls staying alone. The hallway feels a bit scary, especially at night because the sensor lights are slow and the corridor gets quite dark. There was also a weird smell that made it feel like a public hospital. However, the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly.
