Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms modern and comfortable but a little pricey. Decent Japanese style breakfast. The onsite Japanese baths were a bonus but please note there is only 1 2hour session for women between 4-6pm the rest of the time is for men only.

A "home away from home" in Hanoi I just wrapped up a 5-night stay at Roygent Parks and honestly, it felt more like an apartment away from home than a standard hotel. The Highlights: The Room: I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade (thank you!), and the room was spacious and super comfortable. It’s not over-the-top luxury, but it feels very homely. Most importantly, it was spotless—very organized, fresh smelling, and not a stray hair in sight. Location: This was perfect for my work trip as my office is nearby. There’s a great pizza place just behind the hotel, plus a supermarket and convenience store right at the back. Super convenient. Breakfast: The spread is nice, though it leans heavily toward Japanese cuisine. Just a heads-up for Western travelers: you might miss the classic bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns, but the quality is still good. The Gym: Pretty well-equipped! I actually loved their strict "indoor shoes only" policy because it keeps the floor much cleaner. Just note that the equipment is a little older; there’s some rust on the dumbbells which might bother those who are super particular about aesthetics, but everything works perfectly fine. A tiny suggestion for the hotel: The only minor thing was the artwork in the room. To be honest, the old greenish photos were a little scary, especially when staying alone! I actually had to take them down during my stay (so sorry!)—a nice painting might be a warmer choice. 😂 Overall, this is an amazing place. If you work in the area, I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back!

I came here on a business trip, and the room was really comfortable. There are plenty of Korean and regular supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. There’s also a Japanese-style bathhouse, a gym, and even a nice party area. The staff were friendly too — I’d definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. The onsen is a very nice touch and breakfast had many Japanese options. It almost felt like I was in Japan again! It is also near a convenience store and a really nice Italian restaurant (Pizza 4Ps). Would definitely recommend.

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

This is a highly recommended place to stay when you're in Hanoi, Vietnam. The rooms are big, service is good with the hotel employees very good at communicating with foreign guests as they're good in English. Housekeeping is good as they're service is fast. It is also strategically located as there are lots of nearby convenience stores where you could buy essentials like food, soap, toothpaste and others. There is a washing machine in the room and when you want to wash your cloths you can request laundry soap from housekeeping as well.

Such friendly staff. Mr Puoc was extremely helpful in getting my Sapa trip organised. Spacious and well equipped room. Loved the Onsen and to be able to relax in the warm water before bed. Dinner was good. Remember to have cash on hand if ordering room service. Thank you, I will return.
