  What an absolute wonderful experience at the Soleil Boutique Hotel. As you enter, you receive a warm welcome by the staff. The decor is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, clean fresh scent throughout the hotel. And, the food was AMAZING!!! This Boutique is in the heart of EVERYTHING...just steps away from food, shops, massages, and etc. If you want to feel extra special, please give The Soleil Boutique Hotel a visit. Again, thank you GREATEST staff. We will definitely visit again.

  Our family of five stayed at Soleil Boutique Hotel in Hanoi from June 1–5, 2026, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The greatest strength of this hotel is its people. Every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the dining room staff and housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel more like honored guests than customers. The food was amazing every single day. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options, and every meal was prepared and presented with great care. It quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi, but it was the incredible staff and service that truly set it apart. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed. We travel frequently, and it is rare to find a hotel that exceeds expectations in every category. Soleil Boutique Hotel did exactly that. Without hesitation, I can say that I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire Soleil Boutique Hotel team for making our trip so memorable. We cannot wait to return!

  Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Soleil Boutique Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety to start each day. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. A very special thank you to Cara and Allie, who went above and beyond with their kindness, helpful recommendations, and exceptional service. They made us feel like family and were a big reason our time in Hanoi was so memorable. We highly recommend Soleil Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.   literally amazing. the staff are soooo nice here and the location is perfect! especially since there’s a circle k just across from the hotel. the staff are super attentive and the rooms are great! the pool top is a really nice touch too. if we come back then we are definitely staying here again!!! oh and also the breakfast is sooooo good and i love the passion fruit.

  This hotel made our 5 nights in Hanoi super bearable especially with the crowded city and heat. We first arrived at 10:30pm and with the 24 hour front desk that was no issue. We were starving after the flight and the receptionist advised that there are night markets opened till 4AM opposite the hotel which came in super handy. Super central location with a convenience store, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants right opposite the hotel. However you are still away from the chaos and noise in the Old town. Now for the rooms… Super comfy bed with room cleaning service each day which provide a good clean of the room + new towels. The breakfast buffet was perfect with both westernised and Vietnamese options. Standard but handy rooftop pool after a long day of exploring we used it everyday. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are stopping in Hanoi.

  Easy Hotel in a perfect location. Our room was a bit small with a view onto a wall - but I assume that's only very few rooms. Staff is fantastic, AC works really well, breakfast was very nice and questions/requests were immediately addressed. I can recommend this hotel and would visit again.

  A great little boutique hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi - with great shops and restaurants close by. The staff in the hotel really make the stay memorable and go above and beyond to look after their guests. Rooms are a little small but they're well equipped, spotlessly clean and have great air con - and really how much time do you spend in the room? We used the rooftop pool which was great after a day of sightseeing and gave fab views of the hustle and bustle below. Drinks were good value and the bar staff friendly. Fantastic breakfast and lovely start to the day. We'd definitely return to this hotel and want to thank the team for making our arrival in Vietnam so warm.

  Very large room. Spacious balcony. Staff were super friendly, and breakfast was decent. Nothing stands out about the breakfast compared to other hostels- it’s more or less the same. But the location is great, right near a bunch of bars, pubs, cocktail bars, train street and restaurants
