Was a really nice & clean room. Alot of space to move around. Shower & bathroom were amazing. & in an awesome location for food & coffee & shopping for local items. Coffee shop straight across from hotel has best coffee & lady speaks perfect english. Totally awesome experience..

Nice, spacious apartments that are fully equipped and very clean. Please note that the cheaper rooms have windows facing a wall, so there’s no natural daylight. Soundproofing could also be better, and the Wi-Fi isn’t always very stable. That said, it’s still a really great place to stay and my favorite accommodation in Hanoi so far. The staff are very friendly, professional, and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From here, it’s about a one-hour walk to Hanoi Old Town, or around 15 minutes by bike.

Had a perfect stay at the VNA Homes Aparthotel. I booked the Executive Suite King and almost everything was to my satisfaction. The room was clean (big thanks to the cleaning ladies, who were also very kind) and spacious, I could wash my clothes in my own washing machine on the balcony and the hotel was located a little off the main roads so the area was more quiet than usual, which I prefer. The only thing: The Wifi was not good. But after telling the staff at the reception the tall guy helped me out with a network cable and an adapter, which in the end worked pretty fine for me. Also the other lady at the reception was really quick to help me when I locked myself out of my room and provided me with a second key card. And also at the checkout Annie, Andrew and Nguyen helped to get it done quickly and also gave me a little gift. All in all I had a perfect stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks to all the staff and cleaning ladies!

The location is a bit far from the central area, approx. average car ride to old quarter is around 70-100k VND. However, the stay itself was very delightful. The staff are very accommodating and kind, the room is spacious. The area itself is surrounded by cafes and food. There is washing machine in the room and you can wash your own clothes. But if it is rainy season it might not dry as there is no dryer in the room. Overall 4.9/5 stay mostly because of the staff!

Look…the room is basic but it had everything i needed, kitchen, full fridge, and working A/C. The bed is a bit stiff. For the price you can’t really complain, the staff are the real highlight of this stay, especially Annie and Michael, they are there to help you with everything you may need, book excursions or a simple request for toilet paper. Location is good because I like to retreat to a calm area to unwind. If you like the chaos then staying in old quarters is where you’ll want to be.

The room was very clean except for the shower area, that had some mold. The location was great, it not being in the old town but close by. So a grab was cheap to old town. Service was great the tram spoke good English! Breakfast was oké, beef pho! Awesome ❤️

The room was nice and clean, good towels in the bathroom and more than enough utensils in the kitchen. We first booked for 3 nights and we came back from sapa and booked here again!

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at Văn’s House Serviced Apartment in Hanoi for three nights in April 2026. Unfortunately, the experience was below average and did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue was that the room did not match the photos shown online. The apartment was actually located in an annex building rather than the main building, which made it difficult to find. The access was also not suitcase-friendly, especially for travellers carrying luggage. Overall, the listing felt misleading and not as advertised. The location was another drawback. The road outside the property was extremely narrow, and several Grab drivers complained about reaching the place. It often took time for Grab to arrive because the narrow road was congested with illegally parked cars and motorcycles. That said, the surrounding area itself was acceptable and remained quite busy even at night, so I did not feel unsafe walking around. The apartment was larger than a standard hotel room, but it looked old and was not properly clean. There were visible stains on the mattress, and I also noticed insects in different areas of the room. The Wi-Fi was very poor, which was frustrating. Another inconvenience was that the door used a traditional physical key, which felt outdated and impractical, especially when travelling with friends. The bathroom was acceptable, although I did not use the provided amenities, so I cannot comment much on them. Breakfast was not included. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the poor condition of the room.Overall, I would not stay here again. The apartment was larger than an ordinary hotel room, but the misleading photos, inconvenient access, poor cleanliness, insects, weak Wi-Fi, and outdated key system made the stay disappointing. Two stars.
