  I was far from home on Christmas break missing my family and all. The hotel stay gave much comfort. Professional and attentive staff, Leo was my main man great communication and understanding all the staff included. They have 2 buildings side by side the whole place is secure, clean and decent in a decent location. The rooms get natural light and breeze, nice little kitchens, utensils, good size fridge. Washing machine & detergent in all rooms. Bathrooms equipped with all essential towels ect. Hanoi was overcast most of the time no sun VnaHomes gave what was needed for the time. Thankyou VnaHomes I got a complimentary gift at checkout very cute, I love it.

  Excellent stay at VNA! The location was really good, there’s a convenience store just opposite, pharmacy, and hair salon near the area. The room is spacious and clean, with basic amenities provided. The communication from the start of booking via WhatsApp is almost instantaneous, very helpful, responsive. The staff goes above and beyond to help guests and the price is very good. Will recommend to book, no regrets. We will be back!

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Hanoi, Vietnam! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city. A very special thank you to Nguyen – we were incredibly well taken care of from start to finish. He was always available, very helpful, and truly made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back anytime! 🇻🇳✨

  Honestly, this place was perfect. The location is great, yet the room was surprisingly quiet and had a huge amount of space. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the balcony had such a nice view. ​The bed and pillows were so comfortable—I slept like a baby! Plus, the staff are super professional and friendly. Definitely coming back here!

  Nice, spacious apartments that are fully equipped and very clean. It’s a really great place to stay. The staff are very friendly, professional, and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From here, it’s about a one-hour walk to Hanoi Old Town, or around 15 minutes by bike.

  I was staying from 25-30 January 2026. The room was excellent!! I stayed at other more expensive hotel before, but that Hotel was nothing if compare to VNA. Everything was worked without problem (heater, kettle, etc). For the staff. They were more than I expected!! Service was fast response and helpful. Everything I asked was being provided and they were very informative!! Special thanks to Annie (female staff with glasses) and Leo (the Supervisor). They helped us with a lot of things and they are very kind!! About the location, it is 30 minutes from Old Quarter. So, if you have a lot of plan to go to Old Quarter like me, you need to prepare some time for the trip. But if you want to find a relaxing area with a beautiful view from the lake, this will be your best option. Overall, I feel very happy to stay here and I will stay here again in the future when I visit Hanoi!

  If you’re looking for a comfortable stay at Hanoi, this place is it. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the location is great, you’re right by West Lake. Annie & Leo made sure our stay was comfortable.

  The service is very very excellent. The staff are superb and helpful especially Jenna, Hannah, Annie, Leo, Michael. They even give us souvenir upon check out. The room is spacious and equipped with washing machine and kitchen each room which is very useful. Love to stay here.
