  We were walking by and treated ourselves to a foot massage. The staff were amazing and greeted us. They didn’t try to upsell use and the price was great! Will be going back the day before flying home for a body scrub and massage. Highly recommend!

  I come here everytime I am in Hanoi. And I always request for Ms Quinh. Her massage technique is always consistent and very good. I always feel relaxed after my massage. Staff are also very accommodating. The place is very nice and rest assured its not a dodgy spa like somewhere else where you doubt the service. Definitely my go to place for massage.

  It was very vey difficult to select the spa shop because there are so many in Hanoi. Finally I decided to choose Estheva Spa, and this is 100% perfect decision. The shop is very easy to find the Old quarter, and warmly welcomed by reception. Starting with a nice tea, and the treatment will begin. I selected Vietnam spa 90min by recommendation, and it was wonderful experience ever. Ms. Quyen have perfect skill for this, and 90min was suddenly disappeared. Everything is perfect even I was a single traveler, so I will highly recommend to everyone who travel in Hanoi!

  The whole service was great, very welcoming, very helpful and understanding even if you don’t speak vietnamese. We got massage and hair treatment was wonderful and perfect scape from the hot weather, feeling relaxed and calm afterwards. Recommended 100% and will come back for sure

  We visited this spa twice during our trip and had a wonderful experience each time. The staff superb friendly, warm, and professional. We tried the foot massage, body massage, and facial, and all were excellent! Relaxing, refreshing, and done with great care. The place is clean, comfortable, has a very calming atmosphere, and just located by the lake. Highly recommended, and will definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi!

  The place is clean, and the manager wishes to make customer happy. But unfortunately some massage therapist are not as good as others. So ask for Miss Hung, perfect ++ technique for a strong 1h foot massage. Very dedicated to real reflexology therapy. Thank you so much.

  The masseurs are good with good strength, but the room is hot, imagine it's 41 degC outside and when you walk into the room and it's warm. They turned on the Air con only after we entered the room. And they also turned on three fans. The room is only slight cold after 1.5hrs.
