  I had an incredible experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. I booked a massage session, and it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. 💖 My therapist was exceptionally skilled and attentive, making sure to focus on the areas where I carried the most tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a professional touch, I highly recommend this place! 🫶🏻

  Me and my friend went today & got our nails done spontaneously. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly. Big thanks to Thaw & Phuc for making this experience so memorable!!! They honestly went above and beyond for us both, the service & the attention to detail really made this place stand out. I recommend it his spa for ANY treatments or maintenance you want to get done in Hanoi❤️❤️❤️❤️

  We had walk-in appointments for foot treatments and massages yesterday and were so impressed that we booked for spa packages today. I had the natural package and WOW! I am a sports massage therapist myself and rarely find anyone that does what I ask. This was amazing! And after scrubs and massages I was given food- before my facial. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and just so kind. I fully recommend them. Please enjoy their expertise

  Just had an AMAZING foot massage here. My masseuse was Anh. She used just the right amount of pressure and was very good with her hands. I highly recommend you request her services when you come here. I had eaten a heavy dinner or I’d have done a full body massage here. Perhaps another day. I will definitely come back to Hanoi to get a massage here. See you next time Anh!

  Had a foot massage with Giang and it was the most relaxed I've ever felt! She used just the right amount of pressure and kept checking in continuously to make sure I was ok. She also took some time to quickly massage my shoulders and loosen them a little. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

  We had a great experience at this spa! My son had a hair wash and facial massage, my daughter got beautiful nails with amazing nail art, and I had a pedicure. We were all very happy with the treatments. The staff were skilled, efficient, incredibly friendly, and provided excellent service.

  Absolutely loved every minute of this place and honestly what a night to remember. I visited this evening and had a foot spa/treatment, gel and nail fix. They even gave me a free massage, perfect post backpacking. The timing could not have been better with Vietnam winning the football over Thailand. The whole city was buzzing and the salon vibe was popping off in the best way. The service was beyond lovely. Huge thank you to Phuc, Tea, and and the wonderful massage team especially the therapist Bay who has been working there for over three years you can truly feel the experience in the care and attention they give. From start to finish I felt so welcomed looked after and relaxed. What made it even more special was how genuinely kind everyone was. As it was my first evening in Hanoi they helped me find a great pho spot nearby and made sure I felt confident heading out into the city by scootering me to the spot! That extra care meant so much and really set the tone for my trip. Warm friendly huns energy all around. Beautiful service amazing treatments and such a happy atmosphere. I am so grateful for tonight and I will absolutely be back next time I am in Hanoi. Thank you girls for making my first night in Vietnam so special. 💛

  I had an hour to kill before I needed to leave Hanoi for the airport so I decided to get a hair wash cause I had never had this treatment before. The rooms for this were right at the top of the building so a lot of narrow stairs to get there. There were two beds next to each other in the space. I had to take everything off from the top half of my body and I was given something like an elasticated skirt to wear up under my arms to cover my top half. You definitely could not have the treatment without changing because you would definitely get wet inadvertently. The bed was a bit short for me with my feet hanging off the end - I'm 5'10" but it was comfortable enough. The therapist was lovely. Her English was enough to communicate what we needed to do. And the hair washing itself was incredible. There was a lot of face, neck, head, shoulders and upper back massage all done lying on my back. My hair was washed and conditioned with various treatments. And afterwards, my therapist dried my hair is a very natural style. I would DEFINITELY go back next time in Hanoi for the same treatment and try others.
