  Right from the beginning till the end, my experience was amazing. It was overall a wholesome package. Very calming and relaxing. My therapist Anna was very welcoming and warm. She took care of all my needs and addressed them. My guide Rachel was also very courteous and kind. She guided me really well and didn’t recommend anything uncalled for. Highly recommend this place. Very clean, totally hygienic.

  This is a must TRY massage when you are in Hanoi. I came from an almost 24hrs bus travel from Laos-PDR. Thats why my muscle is all sore. Upon waiting in the border to open, I search a good massage near the area before I go to SaPa on my buffer times before my next bus ride. This one pop up on my search bar due to they have a Promo. Without further ado, after reading some reviews I booked a same day, and reserved same day. All confirmations came fast. Thankful for the welcoming nutty tea. As a coffee girly, I dont usually drink tea because I find it more taste like grass. But their complimentary tea is exceptional (I had 2 glass😆) I book for a Basic Treatment-Back, Shoulder and Head but I received a whole body massage. Their service from start to end is fantastic. Surely, Ill comeback and try their other offer. Surely, Ill have my next bus travel comfortable and fresh because they have a shower. Xin cảm ơn!

  Very clean place , very nice reception . They offer you tea and fruit. Massage really good and very clean towels. The price is more from other spa but it deserve a little more money so you can be alone in the room and not with othet 7 persons.

  I got the head spa and foot reflexology and had an amazing experience. I am so spaced out from how relaxed I am. They take care of so much more than just your head and feet — lots of attention given to the neck, upper back, arms, and legs. Lovely employees provided great service!

  Place is good environment and service is absolutely good. Receptionist is super friendly and explained the venue well. The rooms are very nice. And I was given a big couple room even though I’m the only one. She gave me a big room as it’s available now. Non peak timing. Massage was legit and therapist is well trained. Foot bath, followed by body massage. And there is lift available here in the 4 storey shop. Good feature.

  This massage was by far the best massage I've ever had, 2 Lovley ladies, four hands massage, 75 mins, my first experience like this, a treat to myself for my 32nd birthday. Absolutely incredible, words don't do it justice. Out of body experience almost haha, heavenly. Super friendly and professional environment, beyond expectations for me. I would definitely recommend if your looking to spoil yourself. :)

  Hanoi Spa was beyond my expectation. The therapist was excellent and her pressure was bearable. She really took care of me and the other therapists also took care of us. When we were about to leave it was raining and the staff actually offered us raincoats so as not to get wet in the rain.
