  I recently had a foot massage and cleaning session with Jun, and it was a wonderful experience. She was very skilled and attentive throughout the entire session. The massage was relaxing, and clearly done with care and professionalism. She paid great attention to detail while cleaning my feet, leaving them feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Jun’s friendly attitude and excellent technique made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing foot treatment.

  Service was impeccable. My wife and I pamper ourselves with their package that includes massage, body scrub and hair wash. It was truly an amazing experience. Surely left us leaving the premises feeling extra fresh and clean. My masseur Jun was professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

  I came to get a manicure while waiting to check in to my hotel nearby. For the prices, the service was really good! I had my manicure done by Linh, she was so friendly and professional and did a great job on my nails. Would definitely come back here when I next return to Hanoi :)

  Professional and relaxing. I was a little nervous to get nail art here, but it turned out really nice. I can’t say if these prices are normal, I paid 500,000. I thought it was good for removal of old gel nails, shaping and cuticle removal, 2 gel colors and 4 nails with design.

  Inanely good Massage Place! One of the best if not the best massage place i have been to. Very professional and very good sense of what I liked and needed without me needing to tell it. Highly recommend going here even though it is quiet expensive compared to other places in Vietnam.

  My Wife and I stopped in after seeing the reviews. We wanted a foot massage. Then thought about s shoulder neck massage. After talking to the kind hostess we decided to get 60 min full body deep tissue massages. Unfortunate mistake for us. While we waited we saw our 2 therapists arrive on a scooter and go upstairs to get their uniforms on. My masseuse did an decent job and was attentive. I was laying next to my wife and hearing her experience really tainted mine as well. At first I heard her say it was too hard. Then too light. Then mention that her therapist was in her phone. Then to deep again. Then my wife gave up and ended her massage early. As she got up I heard her say "that was maybe the worst massage I've ever had." My therapist was attentive but i couldn't really relax knowing that my wife was disjointed enough to leave a massage early. Come to find out as I came downstairs, her therapist was on her phone while massaging with one hand? It's obviously the luck of the draw going to a new massage spot. And we questioned going into a place in the busy old quarter on a Saturday night. I truly hope this isn't everyone's experience. It seems like we just didn't get a good one tonight considering all the other reviews on Google. The host apologized and gave us 15% off of my wife's massage. Ihate to give it bad reviews, especially when someone spent an hour giving me a massage. Ultimately it was not a good experience and I can't recommend Hoang's spa for a Saturday night massage. We left feeling like we wasted time and money.
