  Incredible couple’s massage! Mia and Amanda were professional, skilled, and used various Asian techniques that made for a seamless, relaxing experience. It’s easily one of the best massages I’ve received. We also enjoyed lunch on-site. We’re sad we don't have time for a second visit before we leave.

  Excellent massage experience at L’Essence Spa, Hanoi. I had Treatment #13, Colorful of Asian Massage (about 1,000,000 VND), a unique blend of Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese shiatsu techniques. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and delivered a strong, well-balanced session with great stretching and oil work. There’s some Thai-style stretching involved, so if you’re not into deep stretches or joint work, keep that in mind, but for me, it was fantastic. Overall, a very professional and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I really appreciated the 15% discount offered for my next visit. Highly recommended.

  I really enjoyed the entire spa experience from start to finish. Booking via WhatsApp was seamless and made everything so convenient. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and my therapist was both professional and highly skilled—she worked through all of my knots with ease. The overall level of customer service was exceptional. I’ve had many massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

  Me and my spouse had a foot massage, it was really wonderful, they really make you comfortable. Over all our experience was great, will definitely recommend others if someone is looking for good SPA, Wishing the Lessence SPA all the very best.

  A blissful oasis for massage and spa. We booked in for 2 sessions : the 90 mins hot bamboo deep tissue massage, and the 120 mins hot stone and bamboo massage. The free meals that came with the massage sessions were delicious and of good quality. The massage therapists for both sessions were superb - they checked in periodically if the massage pressure was ok. Highly recommended if you’re in Hanoi. Will definitely return.

  Personalized curated luxury on point that goes beyond the extra mile! They took care of your welfare so well that you have not left home and so safe in their paradise! Their meals provided package is also very extra ordinary feel to end our massage Exprience. The team took the time and extra mile to buy us a very nice birthday cake to celebrate the occasion! The team are so professional trained with care and warmth provided to all their customers. Good job to the owner of this establishment! Kudos for maintaining your 5 star deserving rating!

  If you are searching for the SPA, this would be one of the best SPA I met. Great massage and SPA, friendly service, nice environment, and delicious food set after my Unique Combo. You must try this, this will let you have a great memory in Hanoi. Have a great SPA!

  It was such a realaxing 1-hour full body Massage á la vietnam style. The Service was verry polite. Your get before and after the Session some tea and Snacks. If I visit Hanoi again, I will come back ♡
