  I had an amazing experience with Alida. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Her massage technique is truly exceptional – without a doubt one of the best I have ever experienced. Alida knows exactly how to find and release tension, and she combines strength, precision, and care perfectly. Every movement feels intentional and professional. You can really tell she has a lot of experience and passion for what she does. The price is absolutely worth every cent. The quality of the massage, the attention to detail, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a top-quality massage with excellent technique, I highly recommend Alida. I will definitely be coming back!

  Our therapists Aila & Amy did amazing! Perfect 120 minute massage with hot oil, bamboo, & hot stones. ❤️ We also showered beforehand along with a foot soak. They provided hot tea prior & afterwards. Finally, we were able to have free dinner just down the street at the sister company. Treat yourself & book them now!

  Amazing experience! The massage was excellent and incredibly relaxing. The therapist was very professional, knew exactly which areas to focus on, and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling completely refreshed. Price is very good! Highly recommended!

  The massage here was so amazing! They hit every muscle. There were two ladies who did the massage simultaneously, and they had great hospitality. I will be back here next time I visit Hanoi. :)

  Siro is very accommodating and pleasant to the guest. Even 60 mins of foot massage it was amazing experience. If I will come in vietnam I will definitely comeback again. ❤️💐

  Strongly do not recommend! I honestly don’t know where all these good reviews came from. This place completely ruined my wedding anniversary with my husband. The prices are expensive, and the massage therapists were extremely unprofessional. Their fingers were rough and they didn’t even trim their nails. Not once did the massage hit any proper pressure points. She just kept rubbing oil all over my skin with her rough hands the entire time. It felt like they had no proper training — honestly, I think my cat could give a better massage. Halfway through, I asked to change therapists, but the second one was no better. She was even whispering and chatting with another therapist during the session, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, don’t be fooled by the beautiful lobby decorations and the overly friendly reception staff. Once you take the elevator upstairs, the rooms are tiny, old, dirty, and poorly maintained.
