  My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, creating a perfect environment to relax. The therapists were professional, attentive, and took time to understand exactly what we needed. The massage left us both feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. A special thank you to the spa manager, Chi, whose kindness and attention to detail made our visit even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and that every part of our experience was exceptional. Her hospitality and dedication to outstanding customer service truly stood out.   Absolutely lovely, relaxing massage. Had the Himalayan salt stone massage and it was delightful. They also did an excellent foot scrub removing all the dead skin. Highly recommend, thank you!

  I received a massage and a facial by Ms. Ha which were phenomenal. She is very attentive to your needs before, during, and after the services. The ambiance is also very soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend their services.

  We had an amazing spa experience at La Spa in Hanoi. The atmosphere was peaceful, professional, and incredibly relaxing from start to finish. A special thank you to our therapists Mai, Ha, and Ngyuet. They were attentive, skilled, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy excellent service in Hanoi!

  I had the most amazing experience at the La Spa Ma May. I asked for a “Total Foot Treatment,” but little did I know that I was also getting a lower body massage with a quick head, shoulder, and arm rub. I felt totally pampered and now my legs and feet feel great after weeks of traveling. Thank you, Miss Hanh, for the absolutely lovely experience!

  Amazing couples package- felt very taken care of from the second we walked in. They let us chose our preferences for the oil and scent, and they had tea and little coconut cakes that were delicious. Our massage and facial were very very nice.

  After a beautiful but long day touring the Old Quarter of Hanoi I settled in at La Spa Ma May in La Siesta Hotel. I was treated to the most relaxing massage and facial by Ms Huong. I cannot recommend this spa and Ms Huong more. From the welcome at the door, to selecting my personal services, to being sure my needs were met….everything was very professional and lovely!!!

  This is a highly professional spa with lovely, friendly and highly skilled staff who use proper massage techniques. They take a questionnaire before you go in to totally understand your needs. Included is a warm, herbal foot bath, singing bowl ceremony, and delicious tea and coconut crackers following your treatment. I had 2 massages and thoroughly enjoyed both but the himalayan stone massage was sublime. I'd highly recommend this spa. And when I next return to Hanoi, I will book in again.
