I had the 30 minute head spa and gel nails, wish I could do more than 5 stars! The head spa was so relaxing and felt amazing with the massage and my nails so took time to make sure they where the shape and colour I wanted

Lovely staff and very warm and friendly. Spa is very reasonable and perfectly located. I did massages almost everyday with them during my 8 day trip to hanoi.

It’s right next to the hotel, so I went there every day. They always welcomed me warmly, and the prices were good, so there was no need to go far looking for another place. There’s fast Wi-Fi, and the foot massage chairs even have charging cables, so you can relax and prepare for your next plans. If you go every day, you might become friends 🤣

We had a wonderful experience at Lua Spa in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself was excellent – skilful, attentive, and perfectly tailored to our needs after several days of exploring Vietnam. The facilities were spotless, and every detail made us feel looked after and able to completely unwind. What really stood out was the genuine kindness of the team. They made us feel more like guests than customers, and their hospitality was exceptional. If you’re visiting Hanoi and looking for a high-quality spa experience, we would highly recommend Lua Spa. It was one of the highlights of our stay, and we would happily return on our next visit to the city.

Beautiful massage place with such a relaxing vibe and amazing attention to detail. The massages were unreal and exactly what we needed after travelling. What really made this place special though was the people. Lua, the manager, is genuinely one of the kindest, warmest people you’ll meet. You don’t just come here for a massage — you leave feeling like you’ve made a friend. The whole team made us feel so welcome, looked after us properly, and created such a wholesome atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about people, not just the service. We left feeling super grateful and already saying we’d definitely come back next time we’re here. Absolute gem of a place.

I wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure, I can’t comment on the massage services, however I think that may be more suited to the staff’s skills here. - Lots of colours advertised, the colour I picked was not actually available. - The ‘pedicure’ was simply a tidy up of my cuticles which ended up with my skin being cut around the nail bed quite painfully and bleeding in multiple places. I think I expected more from the pedicure service. - The lady wasn’t going to cut my nails until I asked, and when I did, a nail file was used, however the length of my nails definitely required actual scissors/clippers instead. The nails were not even filed straight following this. - The painting of the nails was not neat & no toe separators were used which meant a lot of back and forth with repainting and tidying up of the nails. - One foot had the gel UV light on for 3x as long as the other foot (not sure how this works but I assume that can’t be right). I hate to leave bad reviews & perhaps the service was carried out by an apprentice as the lady didn’t seem that experienced in pedicures. I was tempted to leave halfway when they said they didn’t have my colour & I wish I did, because this may be the worst pedicure / gel service I have ever received.

Believe or not the masseur never trim her nails.. and playing phones while massaging me for the 1st 15-20mins whenever she's able to do it with single hand. The long finger nails scratched my back, (I dint realise it until I felt pain when showering at hotel) making the whole massaging experience "unforgettable", relax and comfort is never the word to describe. 10-20% discount will be grant upon welcoming you, leading to a 350k vnd for a 60mins Viet style body massage. feedback form and a tips request will be present to you to fill up. In my conclusion and my only pov, Avoid.

Misleading Payment Policy & Hidden 8% Credit Card Fee Before entering the shop, we specifically asked whether credit card payment was accepted, and the person in charge clearly said yes. Because of that, our group of 10 decided to proceed with the service. However, after the treatment was finished, the staff directly asked us to pay in cash. When we reminded them that they had previously told us credit cards were accepted, they claimed that they did not have a machine to process credit card payments. We then pointed at the card payment terminal that was literally sitting there charging, and only then did they change their story and admit that credit cards were accepted — but with an additional 8% surcharge. What was most unacceptable was that this extra charge was never mentioned before we entered the shop. When we asked why they did not explain this upfront, they responded that charging an 8% fee for credit card payments is “normal practice” in Vietnam. This was extremely dishonest and misleading. Especially unfriendly toward tourists, and overall a very disappointing experience.
