  Just had one of the best massages of my life here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a very clear explanation of the service I had booked. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My masseuse was Nguyet, and she was amazing from start to finish. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was highly attentive throughout the session. On top of the stellar service, the facilities and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a flawless, rejuvenating experience!

  I had a fantastic experience at the Orient Spa! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was professional and welcoming. My full-body massage was incredible—just the right pressure to relieve my tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone needing a break!

  This spa was beautifully set out, one of the nicest we have been to. They were friendly and understood us and what we wanted. Very competitive with pricing for what they offer. The people are lovely

  I had an amazing experience at this spa. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in. The treatment was top-notch and the atmosphere was calm and luxurious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality service! Absolutely loved my visit! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Will definitely come back! One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. The therapist was very skilled and paid great attention to detail. The service exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny! Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and very professional staff. Highly recommended!

  This place is a must if you’re in Hanoi! The staff is incredible thoughtful and polite, specially Ms. Thuy cycy, who gave me lots of suggestions about what I should do regarding my nails. They served me tea and cookies (and asked me if I wanted some more). The space is super clean, well located and relaxing. The 90min massage was the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was very skillful, polite, friendly and all positive adjectives I can’t think of right now. I highly recommend it! I also had my first gel nails and I loved it! 💕 The manicure wad very careful because I told her that my skin is very sensitive and my cuticles normally bleed a lot, she was a cutie! She did an excellent job! I also had a basic pedi because I hadn’t had one for quite a while and the result was great too. 10 out of 10 to the manicure…I couldn’t get her name though. If you’re in doubt where to have a massage in Hanoi just go to Orient and you’ll be pleased with everything they offer! Cheers from a Brazil!

  I had the combo 3. Did the 4-1 signature massage as well as the body scrub. It was definitely worth the money: very friendly and nice staff. I would definitely come again. ☺️ thanks for the hospitality~

  A truly luxurious experience at an affordable price! They have 10 (?) Floors and numerous rooms. Each rooms seems to be equipped with a toilet which is really convenient. I had the Healing Touch package and changed rooms after my massage to go for the hair spa. During the herbal bath, they gave me a cake and tea. They provide a locker for you to keep your valuables under the massage table. They ask you for 3 key areas you want to focus on and also let you choose your massage strength (soft, medium, hard). I selected soft and for the first time ever, I went home from a massage without being in pain. Truly appreciate that Soft was indeed Soft. Thank you for the wonderful pampering time! Wish I could come again!

  I used to visit Orient Spa at Bao Khanh street quite often, and it was always a consistently great experience. The atmosphere there was calm, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Now that they’ve moved to Hang Bong street, I’m happy to say the new space is just as beautiful, if not even more charming. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of lovely artwork that adds a unique and relaxing touch to the whole experience. Most importantly, the quality of service remains absolutely excellent. The staff are professional, attentive, and always make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well taken care of. It’s definitely a place I keep coming back to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality spa experience in Hanoi.
