  This spa is great 🙇🏻‍♀️🫶🏻 I decided to book an appointment because of the great Google reviews and the beautiful place. I chose Combo 3, which included a full-body massage, facial treatment, and hair wash. Every part of the experience was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. The staff were incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive. They kept checking on me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything else. Everyone was friendly and provided excellent service. If I visit Vietnam again, I will definitely come back to this spa. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience!

  I had a wonderful experience at this Vietnamese hair wash place! The massage pressure during the wash and scalp treatment was absolutely perfect—firm enough to melt away tension, yet gentle and comfortable at the same time. The water temperature was spot on, warm and soothing throughout the entire process. What really made it special, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and very chatty in the best way. They made me feel welcome and relaxed, and the whole session flew by with great conversation. Service attitude was top-notch from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and genuinely happy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality Vietnamese hair wash experience. Definitely 5 stars and I'll be coming back!

  This is a hidden gem in Hanoi old quater. The staff is very much skilled and makes its too luxurious treatment for me!! I loved this place and will definitely recommend it to my peers!

  I had a really lovely experience at Sacson Spa over the past two days and wanted to share my appreciation. Yesterday, Ms. Chuc took care of my 75-minute head spa service, and it was incredibly relaxing, I actually fell asleep during the session and woke up feeling super refreshed and energetic. What stood out to me was that my scalp didn’t feel itchy at all afterwards, which is something I’ve experienced at other places before. This made the whole treatment feel even more comfortable and high quality. Today, I tried Combo 3, and it was equally enjoyable. There were two staff assisting, one focused on the body massage, while the other handled the hair wash and facial. Everything felt well-coordinated and smooth. The body massage helped release a lot of tension, and the hair wash/facial was refreshing and soothing. Both Ms. Chuc and Ms. Chi provided great service in their own ways. The overall experience at Sacson Spa was professional, relaxing, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves. Thank you to the team for the wonderful care!

  We were the 1st customers at opening but it felt like they were rushing us. My attendant was not gentle and it felt perfunctionary. The pressure from the water "fall" was strong creating an almost unpleasant sensation. The water temperature from the shower head was lukewarm, sometimes cold, but the herbal bath (they scoop water as a final rinse) was fragrant and pleasantly warm. The facial massage was good. If you want an efficient head bath, this is okay. But if you want a relaxing "spa" experience, might want to go somewhere else? After our appt, there was a lot of people waiting. Small area. Maybe good for 8 people sitting. Affordable but not cheap. No elevator - stairs to the treatment room. Curtains only between beds.
