  Such a wonderful and relaxing experience! I came by at 1100 on a Friday without an appointment and was seen immediately. They led me to a semi-private massage room, which I had all to my self. The ambiance is perfect; dim lights, soothing music, and the perfect warm temperature to help you relax. Mai was kind, attentive and massaged out all of my knots and sore spots. Literally perfect! I’ll definitely be back 🥰

  It is the first time I try the theraphy in this spa. It located near Hoan Kiem lake. It calls Sen Spa. I was impressed with this place: pretty room, very clean and good service. The receptionists are beautiful in the traditional long dress. They smiles nicely and welcome me warmly. The expert made me very relaxing and professional. I will come back this place again soon for sure. Thanks all ladies!

  Great experience! The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff gave us a very warm welcome. My therapist was highly professional and made me feel completely relaxed. I especially appreciated how they checked in on the pressure during transitions to different areas—it made me feel truly cared for. Highly recommended!"

  Booked via WhatsApp the day before. Came about 1200hrs for 90min of massages. The reception was most welcoming & friendly; explained to us the types of massages and checked us in. Changed our massages to Hot Stone and Deep Tissue on the spot without any issue. < Kudos to Thu - most friendly and polite > Had a most invigorating hot stone massage; hitting the right spots perfectly well. My compliments to Masseuse Ha! Would have been even more thorough and relaxing if there was a 2-hr duration. Served with tea and light biscuits before & after the massage. Overall, a wonderful experience. Nice! 👍🏼 <Understand the massage will be closed during the Tet Festival from 15-20 Feb>

  Amazing experience. The spa is really well prepared, they are all super professional, lovely and polite. I had a hot stones massage at SEN spa and it was great, therapist was very nice and very gentle. I asked for no stretching as I feel some places they focus too much on that and is not relaxing for me. And she was absolutely amazing! I had a massage with my husband, in the same room and The therapists did not speak to each other.. which was great and we could enjoy some relaxation. Loved the experience!! You will enjoy your time here and will leave renewed!! The tea and the cookies they offered are so delicious and makes us feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this spa, we have been to a few in Hanoi and this is so far my favourite, I will come back.

  Absolutely incredible experience! Wonderful staff, fantastic massage - would absolutely recommend!! They were so accommodating and fit us in very last minute pre-supper! Would absolutely visit here again - just wonderful!

  Excellent from the moment you entered the door to the moment you leave. The staff was super friendly. The masseuse was amazing. She gave me a good cracking! Tea/cookie is served before and after the massage. They'll adjust the room temp if needed. Highly recommend if you're in Hanoi!

  Found it on google map and we had an amazing experience! Not only the masseuse but also the people reception are really great! We came back two days in a row. Highly recommend and happy that we found such a great massage place!
