  The massage and hair wash was very good ! Therapist Mina was pleasant and constantly checking in on whether the pressure was good and sufficient. She did a great job! The place is serene and clean and welcoming. They speak English well and were able to answer well :)

  The experience was so relaxing. I left feeling completely renewed, happy, and genuinely impressed by the place. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The decor is beautiful and makes the atmosphere feel even more special. The massages, scents, music, and every little detail come together perfectly, helping you completely switch off and relax. By the end of the session, I felt like a new person. I definitely recommend it. 😊

  This is the best SPA in Hanoi in my view. The space is very serene and comfortable. The receptionist, therapist and all working there are very helpful and provide excellent customer focus and service. The receptionist Cindy explained in detailed our package we booked and what to expect. Very good service from her. The massage room was very clean, cosy and serene. Will definitely visit them again on my next trip to Hanoi.

  I had an amazing experience at Serene Signature Spa in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. I booked a massage and it was exactly what I needed – incredibly relaxing and professionally done. A special thank you to the host, Jack, who was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. His excellent customer service really made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a high-quality spa experience in Hanoi, I would highly recommend Serene Signature Spa. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit! 😊

  We had an amazing experience at this spa! We arrived in Hanoi at around 4:00 PM and had to catch our bus to Sapa at 10:00 PM, so we were looking for a spa where we could relax and freshen up with a shower before our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ryan, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to recommend the most suitable massage for us, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The massage was absolutely amazing, and the ambience was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the experience so much that after returning from our Sapa trip, we came back for another massage! The excellent service, skilled therapists, and welcoming atmosphere made it an easy decision. A special bonus was the delicious tea and coconut cookies served before & after the treatment—they were the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Hanoi!

  My experience was 10/10. Since I walked in, staff were warm and friendly. The facilities are amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything’s clean and spotless. Jessica, my therapist, has angel hands. she gave me the best head-neck-shoulder massage ever! Once you’re finished, they give you a nice tea and let you come out of the trance that they got you in before 🤭.

  The staff at Serene Signature Spa are very friendly and helpful. They helped us pick out a massage that fit within the time we had before boarding our bus to Sapa. I got the cupping massage treatment. Jackie was the best masseuse! He found all the knots and massaged them out. The pressure was perfect. The spa is very clean, not cramped, and thy have showers. I would definitely come here every time I visit Hanoi or their other branch in Hoi An! Thank you Serene Signature Spa Hanoi!

  There are a lot of positive reviews, and we would like to give it a try on our arrival day. We booked the "Pamper Yourself" package for two people. They kindly arranged a couple's room for us for our massage sessions. Both of the lady masseuses are skillful and strong, even with their petite size, and we are thankful for that. The hair spa session was good too; my hair felt fresh and shiny. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of tea with a cold face/hand towel. Something to note: if you are sensitive to smells, you will find the hand towel has a hint of a stench after it dries. I'm not sure if this is because the towel had been kept in the fridge or due to a long period at a certain temperature. We were also offered a choice between a relaxing massage or a deep tissue massage with four selections of massage oil. The price range is definitely higher than average but comes with a better environment, clean and well-maintained facilities, and professional staff. There was no language barrier, and they were not like those who offer lower prices but then keep asking and pressuring for tips by the end of the sessions. It is definitely a place for relaxing.
