Stopped by Serene Spa in Hanoi and honestly had such a great experience. I did the 90-minute deep muscle therapy massage and it was exactly what I needed. My masseuse, Tommy, was amazing — super attentive and really knew what he was doing. He found all the tight spots without me having to say much and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I walked out feeling so much looser and relaxed. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Hanoi.

Receptionist Alice was incredibly friendly and welcomed us with a big smile. We had a wonderful time here. Jena and Selena gave great massages and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Thank you!

I had a really good experience at Serene Spa. The place is clean, well-organised, and professional from start to finish. It was also easy to request a male masseur, which I appreciated. Tommy was excellent—strong hands, great technique, and very attentive. I had a deep tissue massage, a coffee body scrub, and a facial massage, all done to a high standard. He even helped take some photos, which was a nice touch. Bonnie did my nails. The cut was good, but the polish application could be improved as it looked a bit uneven. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this spa.

I just passed by yesterday and noticed the massage shop seemed to be quite different from others. No menu in different languages munes and no staffs sitting outside. It looks tidy and quiet, but I didn’t know if it’s good. Today I would like to get myself relaxed before my midnight flight, so I checked the shop’s comments and rates. Yes that’s what I’m looking for. I booked 90min relaxing massage and took a taxi here. The staffs are so fluent in English, talkative and friendly. The environment and decorations are beautifully, peaceful and calming, and made me relaxed. The herbal tea qua la han fruit tasted good, it’s said this herb is therapy for sore throat and coughing in ancient times. The therapist Kevin is good at relaxing tight muscle and able to do level beyond strong. I’m a regular gym exerciser and my muscle on back is hard to get relaxed at massage shop, but Kevin made it. The room is a private room, not shared. If you travel alone or you are timid, here is a good choice. There are also rooms with 2 or more massage beds. If you come with your friend, you would not be separated and talk while the massage going on. About the massage oils, I happened to figure out 2 of them, and asked for the rest. Balancing: coconut Calming: jasmine Relaxing: lavender Rejuvenating: lemongrass Anyway excellent place for getting relaxed.

I had a facial and a deep tissue whole body massage here, and Jenna was my massage therapist. It easily turned out to be one of the most relaxing and peaceful experiences of my life. It's a must visit place for anyone touring Hanoi, the city is so beautiful that you end up walking everywhere, and this place is the best solution for those tired eyes and sore legs.

Serene Spa is an absolute must-do in Hanoi. From the moment you walk in, the experience feels calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A big part of that comes down to the team. Susan, the therapist, was exceptional, skilled, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to understand what I needed and delivered a treatment that was both relaxing and effective. Sophia at reception was equally impressive. She was warm, organised, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re in Hanoi and looking for a place to unwind and be looked after properly, Serene Spa should be at the top of your list.

⭐️ Serene Spa Hanoi – A Perfect Retreat in the Old Quarter I had an incredible experience at Serene Spa Hanoi. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and genuinely welcoming. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and herbal tea, setting the tone for a truly relaxing visit. ✨ What I loved • Professional therapists – Their technique was excellent, with just the right pressure and attention to detail. They checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. • Beautiful, calming interiors – Soft lighting, gentle fragrance, and quiet rooms made it easy to switch off and unwind. • High-quality treatments – I tried the signature Vietnamese massage and it was amazing. The stretching, acupressure, and warm herbal compress worked perfectly together. • Great value for money – Considering the service level and ambience, the pricing is extremely reasonable for Hanoi. 🌿 Overall impression Serene Spa truly lives up to its name. It feels like a little sanctuary hidden right in the Old Quarter. Whether you’ve been walking all day, traveling, or just need a break, this place is absolutely worth it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

We visited Serene Spa in the Old Quarter and chose the full body deep muscle massage along with a hair wash and body scrub. The therapist was genuinely kind and very polite, which made the experience comfortable from the start. The receptionist also deserves a mention. He was helpful, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The ambiance is where the spa really stands out. It’s calm, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that feels more refined than many places around. That said, the massage technique itself was fairly standard. It was good, but not noticeably different from other deep tissue massages we’ve had in Hanoi. One thing to keep in mind is the price. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other massage options nearby, and given the overall experience, it didn’t feel particularly special or unique for the cost. There was nothing that truly set it apart beyond the ambiance and service. Overall, it’s a nice spa with friendly staff and a pleasant environment. You can take a look at their massage menu and decide if it feels worth it for you, especially if you value atmosphere as much as the treatment itself.
