After returning from Ninh Binh, I ended my last day in Hanoi with a massage. I was quite tired, but it turned out to be a great experience. The massage was so relaxing that I even fell asleep during the session. Overall, it was the perfect way to unwind and finish the trip.

Best spa. The spa is clean. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating and the massage therapists are so lovely. Mine was exquisite, her name is Ms Thinh. I made another appointment, and requested her a second time because she was wonderful. She is very sweet and strong. She was very good with pressure points, and worked out all of my tension. I would 💯 recommend this place, it's also very affordable.

Really, really happy with the service I experienced at Spas Hanoi, well worth a good review. The ambiance, cleanliness and treatment from all staff, were immaculate. I am very grateful for my massage therapist, My, for being so attentive - this massage really stood out from others I have had elsewhere. She really paid attention to my body and hit all the right areas. This will be the salon I return to in Hanoi, very satisfied and appreciative for My and the staff here.

I visited this spa after getting my nails done because it looked like a nice place nearby. I chose the 60-minute Deep Tissue Massage since I prefer firm pressure, and Therapist No. 30 did an excellent job. The pressure was just right, and I was treated in a private room that was very clean and had a pleasant aroma, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Before the massage, I mentioned that I wanted extra attention on my calves. However, during the session, I actually found the back massage more satisfying and didn’t really feel that additional focus was given to my legs. I assume this may have been because I booked the standard 60-minute session and the therapist followed the usual routine. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the reception staff politely asked for feedback, and I was genuinely happy with the massage. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll likely come back again on my next visit.

Neat facilities, delicate massage, today I arrived in Vietnam. All the fatigue I got on my way here has disappeared. I am happy. If you want happiness, you should visit here, too.

Best Thai massage I have ever had! I have had many Thai massage before, I even asked for more time and did 90’. Everything was clean, they were very professional, the room was private, and a very high standard. Would recommend and come back!

Amazing foot massage including some time spent on my back, shoulders and neck. Really clean and nice spa environment. Comes with complimentary tea and biscuits. Perfect ahead of a 12-hour flight back home. Highly recommend!

Did a 75mins Hot Stone massage tonight with 3 other girls, so they put us all into the same family room to do the massage. Massage was mediocre, felt like the masseur wasn’t professionally trained as she wasn’t pressing onto the pressure points and was pressing randomly all around, but this wasn’t the worst. Half way through the massage, heard my friend beside me said “can you close the curtains” to her masseur, and a “can you close this side of the curtains too”. Turns out, the curtains to the window was drawn the whole time we were lying face down, half naked. We were able to see the traffic and cars / humans on the road, and obviously they were able to see us through the windows also. It was unbelievably unprofessional and shockingly absurd that a masseur thought it is okay to have the curtains drawn while we are vulnerably half naked lying face down and oblivious to what was happening. Anyone could have seen us through the windows and taken pictures of us, and we wouldn’t have known. My friend that was beside the window had to say a second time to ask her masseur to close the other side of the curtains when her masseur only closed one side of the curtains (upon prompting). Feedback to the receptionists who had better English, responses were “could it be the masseur’s clothes had accidentally got stuck to the curtains and accidentally draw the curtains open” and “could it be the wind that blew the curtains open” when the windows where shut and there was no wind. I could only laugh in amusement and speechlessness. There was no sorry from the masseurs. There was no offer of discount. There were only receptionists saying sorry and offering us magnets to “compensate” us. Even upon us actively asking if discount could be offered, receptionists said no. I think there is severe lack of training and business awareness to deal with this kind of situation. Sincerely hoping no one else goes through this situation ever again at this spa (if there might be anyone that still wants to visit this place). Attaching the photo that we took from opposite the street. We were doing our massage at the second level right above the logo of this place. Curtains were drawn in this picture so you can’t see anything on the inside, but what if it wasn’t?
