Everything was great! super relaxing and really enjoyable with fair price. I’d love to compliment the therapist who worked on me (I forgot his name, but he’s 24). He mentioned he learned massage from a Chinese teacher, and it really shows. Great job, bro! I’ll definitely be back to try the aroma massage next time!

If you’re planning to visit, I would definitely recommend asking for An only, he really stood out from the rest, He deserves five stars. 按摩找An 會說中文的越南小哥 btw I also tried the hair washing with other staff,I won’t comment on the comfort level, but having water splashed into my eyes and ears countless times during a single session was quite disappointing. To me, this reflects inadequate staff training rather than a simple mistake.

Ummmm…. My partner got extensions done, she wanted small stars on each nail. The base colour is really nice but the technician seemed to not care about the design or the application. She had to go back as the design looks as though a 4 year old could do a better job. Fortunately she painted over it and did a new, more subtle design which turned out a lot better. A couple of the nails have fallen off (not even two weeks later). I’d be wary of getting your nails done here. They also charged my mum 100k more than she thought her treatment costed as there are two menus out the front. She did get the 100k back after mentioning about this.

Went there late night cause no other spa is open and I’m exhausted from all the walking. They charged a hidden service fee of 50,000d after a simple foot massage. The techniques were bad and inadequate, the only good side is the strength. I literally have to point the area and asked the tech to focus on, cause if I don’t point it out she won’t change the way she massaged. And they will ask for a tip for sure, the moment the owner got the cash from me, she didn’t even wanna give me changes so charged me extra for tips and “service fee”. *Avoid at all costs!* And their dog was thirsty enough to drink the water that used to soak your feet before massage. No matter how I pushed the dog away, he still insists in drinking, and he got loads of tear marks of his face = the owner didn’t take good care of him! ——————————- Replying to the shop’s comment below: 1. I had never received any evaluation form after the massage so I can’t rate (as if I could). 2. By late night I meant after 11pm, and your Google listing show you open until 2am. 3. I paid cash and the tech asked via the cashier said she wanted 50 for tips, which I consented on the spot but there should still be another 50 left for change. But the cashier show no sign of giving me changes so I asked, she said 50 for service fee. I don’t wanna argue anymore. Thats it. 4. If you have your google listing photos correctly showing your store, that’s the store I went to. My memory didn’t break

Firstly I agreed not to leave a negative review as the manager asked me not to as I got a full refund, from what was the worst massage I've ever had in 55yrs! Myself, my wife and my son had a full body massage. The massage stopped and started many times, there did not seem to be any flow, or consistency. My wife's massage was the same. The massure went from light strokes to digging her elbow into my spine in 4 places down my spine. After 30mins of an inconsistent massage using just one hand, I quickly turned around to see why the massage was so poor, just to find she was on her phone while massaging me. One of the other girl was also on her phone. I got off the bed and demanded to speak with the manager immediately. After explaining the experience, he reluctantly gave me a full refund. As I mentioned I was not going to leave a negative review, however the pain that I find myself in this morning down my spine is excruciating and therefore I feel that for safety reasons this should be highlighted, as I feel there is either a lackage of, or no training at all. Phones should absolutely not be in the massures hands during a massage, not just because it is downright rude but also due to protection of privacy especially with children having a massage. Looking at the reviews now, I can see this has occured before but obviously the management do nothing about it. If anyone is to loose a job over this it should be the manager as he is responsible in making sure the proper training is given to the staff.

Quite the tourist trap. The facilities are dirty and disgusting for the price that you pay. The pictures seem nice but once you get upstairs where facials are done, you literally want to get up an leave. The room where massages are conducted are even worse. I would stay away - not sure what the rest of the people are on when they posted reviews...

Very dirty. They don’t clean the towels. The massage was nice but after massage finished, she placed the towels and blanket on the same spot. That means they reused them, they didn’t use the clean towels. They don’t wash it?!
