  An Absolutely Seamless Vietnam Experience — Thank You, Adventure Indochina! From the very first interaction to the final day of our trip, Adventure Indochina exceeded every expectation. What truly stood out was how comprehensively they handled everything — flights, hotel bookings, transfers, and tours were all taken care of without us having to worry about a single detail. It was genuine end-to-end service, and it showed. The hotels were well-chosen, comfortable, and perfectly located for each leg of the journey. The tours were thoughtfully curated and packed with the right balance of sightseeing, culture, and leisure — nothing felt rushed or generic. But the real stars of the experience were the guides. They were not just knowledgeable — they were genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand what each traveler liked and didn’t like, and proactively adjusted the experience accordingly. Whether it was food preferences, pace of touring, or personal interests, they anticipated needs before we even had to ask. That level of personalization is rare and truly appreciated.   Highly recommend this tour agency. Our tour agent was very helpful and patient with finding the tours that were individual for our interest. We took 2 tours and both tour guides Tom and Donie made both tour days extremely relaxed and fun. They both cater to all of us ( we were in groups of 19) I have taken a big tour in the last and was not very happy with it but this time Tim and Donie made it fun and pleasant. My family and I did the tour of Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. I will recommend for everyone to have walking shoes since both tours require walking and a lot of walking stairs to the overviews. It’s not a mandatory part but highly encouraged for the views. The tour busses were very comfortable and they both provided us many bathroom breaks which was nice since my parents are older. Our tour agent gifted us a free ride back to the airport because of booking 2 tours with them which was nice to end our trip. Highly recommend this tour!

  Amazing experience with Adventure Indochina Travel! We did the Ho Chi Minh full-day tour in the 10-seat limousine and everything felt super comfortable and well organized. It honestly felt like a premium service. A special shoutout to our guide Son — he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day really fun. We had such a great time thanks to him.

  I just walked into the place in old quarter, because I lived nearby. The response was very good., I did two tours with them: 1) Ninh Binh 2) Ha Long bay Both were organised excellently, proper communication, good and hygienic buses, good drivers & great Tour guides - Don in particular. Everything was facilitated very well, including food and on board entertainment. Highly recommended.

  Just got back from a fantastic day trip to Ninh Binh, an absolutely stunning part of Vietnam. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially Thien, who helped me with my booking. Felt the price was good for the trip I took. I didn't feel pressured to buy or anything at the time I was enquiring. Comfortable transport, friendly guide, unforgettable experiences. Only thing, I wish I had more time in the region, so maybe think about longer options too that are available with the agency if you have more time in Vietnam

  My partner and I decided very last minute that we fancied doing a Ha Long Bay cruise whilst in Hanoi. We popped into Adventure Indochina’s office at around 7:30pm the evening before departure, not expecting much due to the short notice… but Natalie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. 🙂 She offered us multiple options, talked us through everything patiently and genuinely went out of her way to make the trip happen - even staying late in the office to get everything organised for us. By around 9:30pm, the whole trip was confirmed and sorted. We decided to go with the 2D1N Celina Cruises package and it was honestly excellent. Not the cheapest option, but definitely worth it. The scenery is surreal and the whole experience was so well organised. One piece of advice: it goes by VERY quickly, so enjoy every moment of it! I genuinely cannot recommend Natalie and Adventure Indochina enough for booking tours in Northern Vietnam. Friendly, trustworthy, helpful and zero pressure. If we come back to Vietnam in the future, we’ll absolutely be booking with them again - especially for one of the many loops they offer. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Adventure Indochina Travel Co.! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Natalie in particular deserves special mention. She was always available via WhatsApp, answered all our questions quickly, and went above and beyond to help us with every part of our trip. She made everything so much easier and stress-free. The pricing was very fair — we felt we got excellent value. One of the highlights was the package to Ha Long Bay: it was one of the best cruise trips we’ve ever taken. Beautiful scenery, great food, comfortable boat, and everything well-organised. All in all, Adventure Indochina Travel Co. delivered more than we expected. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting Vietnam who wants good value, attentive staff, and memorable travel experiences!
