  We recently completed an incredible 16-day tour of Vietnam organized by Asiatica, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Annie, our wonderful tour organizer, who made this trip absolutely seamless and unforgettable from start to finish. There are three key reasons why this agency and Annie deserve the highest praise: Flawless Planning & Flexibility: From the very first message, Annie was exceptionally friendly, fast to respond, and incredibly flexible with dates and itinerary adjustments. What truly amazed us was her ability to find optimal, stress-free solutions in a very complicated situation when several of our international flights were canceled. She handled it all calmly and brilliantly. Impeccable Execution on the Ground: During our actual stay in Vietnam, everything ran like clockwork. The itinerary was followed with absolute precision and punctuality. Any minor questions that popped up were resolved instantly. Annie’s responsiveness was unmatched—she was available and reacted immediately even on weekends and during after-hours. We felt completely taken care of 24/7.   Initial contact to final departure, we were in the capable hands of Larissa who painstakingly negotiated travels in North Vietnam for one traveller’s first visit plus a return traveller to Vietnam who had never been to the highlands around Sa Pa. The result was a really outstanding experience. During planning, Larissa was very responsive to our particular wishes about places to see and timings. Once negotiated, she found a really good Hanoi hotel (the Golden Rooster) as our base for 8 days, provided a detailed quote and was flexible in our wishes to wander Hanoi unaccompanied by a guide. All transfers to/from airport and shared taxi vans to Halong Bay and Sa Pa arrived early and provided good ground-level experience. (Including rest stops in interesting roadhouses with a variety of crafts to observe as well as souvenirs. Highlights of our trip were the long trek through Hmong villages with a knowledgeable and friendly local guide, and an excellent overnight cruise in Halong Bay with a delicious variety of local produce and seafoods included. (Having only 16 passengers in a boat designed for 64 added to the personal feel of this trip.) Larissa was exemplary in negotiating (and adjusting) our travels and tours, particularly last-minute adjustments due to flight cancellations and reallocations. Payment was well organised and secure using online links. Negotiation with our hotel to ensure we had access to windows and natural light in our hotel was also MUCH appreciated. The whole experience in Vietnam was wonderful with a balance of organised tours and days to ourselves in Hanoi. Experiencing the overnight train from the highlands back into Hanoi was at our request: a 2 berth compartment was organised and it was a great experience. From out experience, Asiatica Travel is highly recommended from initial contacts, negotiating an itinerary to meet our wishes, adjusting arrangements where necessary and also staying in contact through WhatsApp every couple of days to ensure all was well and to provide guide or driver contact details in advance of pickup or meeting times (including airport transfers). We will certainly use the services of this company again!!!

  We had a wonderful experience with Nguyen Thu Ha, who was incredibly kind and helpful in organizing a customized trip to North Vietnam for my elderly mum and me. She took the time to understand exactly where we wanted to go and what activities we preferred, and she arranged everything so smoothly. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with her through WhatsApp. She was always quick to respond, very patient with all my questions, and consistently friendly and reassuring throughout the trip planning process. We chose Asiatica Travel, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Their tours are flexible, well-organized, and truly tailored to your needs, which made traveling with my elderly mum much more comfortable and stress-free. All the tour guides were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They made our visits to Hanoi and Sapa especially enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the culture, history, and local life. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Asiatica Travel to anyone looking for a customized and comfortable travel experience in Vietnam.

  All thanks to Larissa who put together a wonderful trip for us over 16 days. Accomodation was all top class wherever we went and we never had any problem with guides or drivers arriving at prearranged times to pick us up and drop us off. All guides were very helpful and well versed and in their field and much more. The itinerary provided time for us to relax and do our own thing at all stops but also kept us moving forward without too much pressure. It was well structured and planned. Thanks Larissa and Asiatica, we will be back!

  From the very first contact through to itinerary planning and the seamless execution of our trip, Asiatica delivered exactly what we asked for—along with thoughtful little surprises that truly enhanced our experience. We travelled as four adults for 14 days throughout Vietnam, starting in Hanoi and finishing in Ho Chi Minh City. The itinerary included private guides and drivers at each destination, as well as two domestic flights. Everything was clearly organised, with detailed contact information provided for every stage of the journey. Each guide we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their English was excellent, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The “little surprises” made a big difference—like visiting the hidden gem that is the Fito Museum of Traditional Medicine in Saigon. We also loved the variety of transport experiences, from traditional junks and sampans to bicycles—and even a chauffeured motorbike when we proved a bit too wobbly on two wheels! The team was always flexible and happy to adapt to our requests along the way. We had an absolutely amazing time. The Vietnamese people were incredibly polite, generous, and kind. It’s a country bursting with colour, flavour, fragrant cuisine, vibrant sounds, and unforgettable experiences.

  We had a fantastic 3 week holiday in Vietnam and Siem Reap organised by Asiatica. Phoebe (our travel agent) tailor made an itinerary based on our interests. From organising the visas, to all of the airport transfers, guides and internal flights , Phoebe ensured our trip was smooth. She kept in touch when the trip was being organised taking feedback from us on any changes that we wanted done and also kept in touch during each leg of the trip to ensure we didn't have any concerns. All of the guides chosen were good and the hotels booked were good. The excursions planned were excellent. We would highly recommend Phoebe and Asiatica for your next holiday adventure in Vietnam/Cambodia.

  Excellent travel company. Sofia organized a wonderful trip to the north and central Vietnam according to our demands. The Russian-speaking guides met us at the airports and accompanied us throughout the entire vacation duration. They followed the program, but made their best to adapt it according to our requests and interests. The trip was a bit intensive, so it is advised to arrange a couple of rest days, when you can calm down without long drives, climbing, and seeing many tourist attractions. Despite many locations, internal flights, long drives, and a short cruise, there were no unpleasant moments during the whole trip, which is evidence of great and precise planning and organization, and choosing professional service providers, starting from the guides and drivers, to the hotels and touristic sites.

  We engaged Nhung (Chloe) to plan our 12D11N trip to North and Central Vietnam, and she did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was smooth sailing — from airport pickups to hotel arrangements and daily tours.
