We had an excellent experience in Vietnam, and a big part of it was thanks to Charlotte Grace and Giang. From the very first stage of planning the trip, we felt we had someone we could truly rely on. During a period with quite a few questions, changes, and uncertainty, they were always available, patient, attentive, and quick to respond, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and confidence. The itinerary built for us was diverse, smart, and very well matched to what we were looking for - a combination of nature, culture, and local experiences that allowed us to discover Vietnam in an authentic, deep, and genuine way. In Northern Vietnam, we had excellent guidance together with our guide Chin Chin, who was highly professional, always available, with fluent and excellent English, impressive technological skills, great energy, and flexibility throughout the journey. She made our days there especially meaningful and enjoyable. What really stood out throughout the trip was how smoothly everything worked - the transfers, drivers, coordination, and even changes along the way. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and it always felt like there was someone available to help and solve anything quickly. A big thank you to Charlotte Grace and Giang for the guidance, dedication, care, and professionalism. You helped turn our trip to Vietnam into a special, comfortable, and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam ❤️🙏

First trip to Vietnam. What a beautiful and welcoming country! For a long time, we wanted to explore Vietnam, its people, and its unique way of life. While this is certainly a trip you can plan on your own, placing it in the hands of an expert truly makes all the difference. After coming across multiple recommendations, we reached out to Ms. Giang, who runs ATT Asia Travel. From that moment on, the experience became something entirely different. Over several months of thoughtful planning, patient communication, and a deep understanding of what we were looking for, she crafted for us a month-long journey that flowed naturally, comfortably, and in excellent taste. The first part of our trip included 9 days in the north, guided by Mr. Tú, an exceptional private guide. Together with our driver, Mr. Hien, we traveled from Hanoi through Ninh Binh, Moc Chau, Son La, and all the way to Sapa, discovering not only the well-known highlights but also hidden gems along the way. Mr. Tú combined deep knowledge, sensitivity, and flexibility, always adapting to our pace and the changing conditions. He introduced us to places only locals know and made the entire experience both meaningful and enjoyable. Mr. Hien, our driver, was equally impressive, professional, careful, and always prioritizing safety, which is essential when traveling in northern Vietnam. After parting ways in Sapa, the rest of our journey continued seamlessly, with perfectly organized logistics, reliable drivers, domestic flights, and constant support from Ms. Giang and her team. In short, this was a truly memorable experience. If you are planning a trip to Vietnam and want to experience it at its best, I highly recommend reaching out to Ms. Giang. And if you are heading north, Mr. Tú is without a doubt the guide you want by your side. We will definitely be back.

Our journey of over a month in Vietnam has come to an end. Here are a few initial takeaways: True, there are several ways to experience this country. A group tour wasn't for us, and neither was the "completely independent" route, which is often considered more budget-friendly since travelers do all the legwork on the ground. We ruled that out immediately; we simply weren't willing to spend hours and deal with the headache of organizing our upcoming days, including transportation, accommodation, and essential guides. The solution: Using a local Vietnamese agency that came highly recommended. This turned out to be exactly the right move. The team we chose - ATT, led with great skill by Ms. Huong Giang - went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The company took care of everything - and I mean everything. From air-conditioned private transfers and domestic flights to hotels we selected together based on our budget and local guides. But most importantly: they showed a genuine willingness to listen to the client. The team helped us overcome local glitches, remained open to changes on the fly, and handled everything with utmost professionalism and a smile. Highly recommended!

On Friday, July 25 2025, my wife and I returned back from Vietnam, still trying to recover and go back to our past life. This is not easy, because we had such an amazing journey in Vietnam, much of this must be attributed to all of you at ATT. In the north, Duc Duyy as coordinator, Mike as our superior 10 days tour guide, and Fin is an excellent driver, what a team. So beautiful, so green, so much to see and experience, towns, villages, hotels and home stays, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, rice fields, we can't write it all here. From there, back to Hanoi and Halong bay, we were lucky it was before the storm and the winds. Luxury boat, the Orchid, amazing crew and smooth sail between the islands of the bay. From Duc Duyy to Hadley through the center, Hoian was welcoming to us (yet hot and very humid). From BMT we started what may be the most enjoyable section of our trip, a 2 days motorbike ride though the villages, plantations and lakes. With 1 night stay at a lodge over Lak lake. We studied so much agriculture from our 2 riders and guides, Tim and Dragon (we call the "Team Dragon"). And they were such good drivers and patient with us, with rain and winds and bumpy roads and some city traffic. Jumping to John Lai kingdom on the south, we only had 2 short days in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city). So different from Hanoi, clean and organized. And orchestrating it all, Giang which we were in direct contact during the long planning stage, before, during and after our trip. Everything, from planning, choosing hotels and locations, flights and ticketing, airport-hotels-Orchid pickups, cost transparency, and flexibility, you are there to be with us. Maybe most important, your cooperation during the delicate times we went through here with the war just days before our journey begins. Thank you so much, we appreciate you being with us. If anyone asks us about working with you, we shall say YES.

Our family of four had an incredible trip to Ba Vi, organized by ATT Asia Travel! The experience was beyond our expectations. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering both relaxation and adventure, which was ideal for both our kids and us. The team at ATT Asia Travel ensured we had a comfortable stay in a beautiful view, with everything from transportation to meals taken care of. The scenic beauty of Ba Vi was breathtaking like step from fairy tale story, very fantasy, and the activities they arranged made it a truly memorable trip, I love Bach Long Glass Bridge, a bit scary but fun. We highly recommend ATT Asia Travel for any family looking to explore Vietnam!
