  A big thank you to Lien and the team at Authentic Vietnam Travel for making our Hanoi–Sapa–Ninh Binh trip such a wonderful and memorable experience. Lien was extremely attentive throughout the planning process and accommodated all our requests to customise the itinerary. Everything was arranged smoothly and exactly as we had hoped. She even make an effort to personally meet and greet us in the Hanoi hotel before we leave for Sapa. Special thanks to our guide, Hoang, who was patient and friendly. During our trek in Sapa, some of the paths were steep, uneven and slippery, but Hoang was always nearby to ensure our safety and lend a helping hand whenever needed. His attentiveness gave us confidence and allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. Not forgetting our two drivers, who were professional, punctual and ensured that every journey was comfortable and safe. The van was spacious and comfortable, especially for the 5-hour journey between Hanoi and Sapa. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the hotel-to-hotel transfers, which meant there was no need to worry about changing transport or handling luggage between locations. Complimentary drinking water was also thoughtfully provided throughout our rides, which was greatly appreciated. We had the opportunity to enjoy a good variety of authentic local Vietnamese cuisine that suit our tastes and preferences. The hotels arranged were comfortable, well-located, and of good standard, providing a relaxing stay throughout our journey. Every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly coordinated, making the entire experience enjoyable, hassle-free, and memorable from start to finish. We highly recommend Authentic Vietnam Travel to anyone looking for a personalised and hassle-free Vietnam experience. We will definitely be planning another trip with them in the new future.   This is a terrific company. They have really shown me what quality touring can be like. They provided excellent service and the trip was exciting and relaxed at the same time. They designed it around our desires and included all of the things we wanted to do and provided very personalized, excellent service everyday.

  I discovered this agency while planning a 12 days trip to Vietnam, for which I also consulted other providers. However, I was impressed by the format and accuracy of the quote they compiled, thinking that such professionalism was an excellent indicator of the quality of their services. And so it was. Their precision in delivery and the excellent level of service were a constant throughout the entire trip named “Discover Vietnam heritages”. Hotels, cars, restaurants, ships... everything at a very good level. I can only thank the staff and guides who accompanied me for the wonderful moments we spent, and I will definitely use them again for a possible future trip to Indochina.

  I came across Authenic Vietnam on FB researching various travel destinations in Vietnam. Obviously their advertising department is very efficient as after I liked one of their reels I was contacted by Mr.Vu who immediately showed a high level of professionalism by being extremely attentive and responsive. Despite the time difference, he always promptly responded to my messages and was very patient with me and my friend during the planning stages. Eventually, the trust and confidence that Mr.Vu built in us, led us to allowing him to overtake the planning process and he designed a perfect 10 day intinerary from the north to the south of Vietnam. This was our first time in Vietnam. We wanted to see the highlights of the country with a good balance of planned, guided activities and free time, when we could absorb the beauty of the places we visited at our own pace. Mr.Vu, just like Vietnam, exceeded our expectations. From the moment we got off the plane in Hanoi we were well taken care of starting with a fast track immigration process, being picked up by drivers, meeting with guides and a perfect hotel accommodations where we were in the center of the action, walking distance to many attractions but also got a good night rest as all the hotels were quiet and the service was excellent. If Vietnam is on your bucket list, as it should be, because it's an amazing country, Authentic Vietnam is your trusted partner to organize your trip. Thank you for your service Mr.Vu.   Our couple’s trip to Vietnam was simply perfect! Everything was flawlessly organized from start to finish — every transfer, tour, and hotel was arranged with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire journey, we felt completely supported. The local team was always available, kind, and ready to assist us whenever needed. It was wonderful to experience Vietnam in such an authentic way, without having to worry about logistics, and just enjoy the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and delicious cuisine. Every destination was a new discovery — from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City — and thanks to the excellent organization, we were able to experience the very best of this beautiful country in total comfort and peace of mind.   Excellent experience with Lien Tran and Authentik Vietnam! The itinerary was perfectly planned according to our tastes and requests. Its availability before, during and after the trip, despite the 12 hours lag, is remarkable. We also appreciated the punctuality of all ( guide and driver ).
