We had the bike service here in Friends Travel Vietnam and it was an absolute blast! Our guides where amazing both Son and Pao where so polite and where clearly experts in this field. Totally recommend if you are visiting Hanoi, it’s a whole different experience than just wandering around.

I wanted to go to Vietnam and was looking for a customized trip where I could choose which cities to visit and which tours to take. After searching online, I found Friends Travel Vietnam and knew this was the company I was looking for. I was in contact with Ms.Thao, and from the very beginning she was incredibly helpful. She guided me through everything from choosing hotels, planning tours, and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She can also guide you through any place you want to visit in Vietnam. From the first day we arrived until the last day, everything was perfect. Everything was well arranged and very organized. Vietnam is a beautiful country with very kind people. We had an amazing trip, and in just 10 days we were able to see many wonderful places such as Sapa, Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi. If you are planning to go to Vietnam and want to feel relaxed and not worried about anything, Friends Travel Vietnam is the company for you. A big thank you to the Friends Travel Vietnam team (Sidney, Thao, and Thuy) for their hospitality and professional service. Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful day in Hanoi cycling with Son and Salt. Highly recommend! We tackled the busy streets of Old Town, went across Long Bien bridge and to the outskirts of Hanoi. Stopped for a yummy Vietnamese coffee and a Banh Mi lunch as well as seeing the historical sites of the city. Must do in Hanoi! ⭐️

We booked an e-bike tour through Hanoi with our three kids, and our guides Son and Lem were truly exceptional. Navigating Hanoi’s busy streets with children can feel intimidating, but they made everything safe, smooth, and incredibly fun. Two of the guides even rode with one of our kids so we could all go. At one point, they kindly watched our youngest so we could take a moment to enjoy a local ceremony—something we never expected but deeply appreciated. They took us to a great local restaurant and coffee shop, and throughout the tour they shared so much fascinating information about Vietnamese culture, history, and daily life. It was exactly the kind of authentic, family-friendly experience we were hoping for. We left with happy kids, great memories, and a deeper appreciation for Hanoi. Highly recommend Son, Lem, and Friends Travel Vietnam!

The bike tour was excellent! We are with a group of 3 and our guide Long told us some very interesting information about the city and its people! Also everything was very well arranged! We received water bottles at the start, could have a drink, had some really great lunch and ended with a delicious ice tea and a printed picture of the group ✨️. We went through markets, the Old Quarter, the French Quarter, the cathedral, the Ho Chi Mihn mausoleum (outside) and over the oldest bridge of Hanoi to the banana island and back. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend!

Great tour, would highly recommend! You see a lot more of Hanoi than during a walking tour. Traffic is chaotic so would recommend to do this only when you’re used to cycling. Our guides Long and Chi were really nice, spoke good English and had a lot to tell and show in Hanoi. Very worthwhile experience!

We had an amazing bike tour in Hanoi with Friends Travel Vietnam. Biking with three young kids (10, 5, and 3), we felt completely safe thanks to the excellent organization, including both a guide and a safety assistant navigating the busy traffic. Our children loved our guides: Dat & Danny. There are so funny! The guide’s stories were engaging and insightful, and we discovered places we would never have found on our own. It was fun, educational, and truly unique. Highly recommended for families wanting to explore Hanoi in a safe and authentic way!

A super fun bike tour through Hanoi, guided by the very friendly guide Long from Friends Travel Vietnam. We cycled through the narrow streets of the old city. Navigating the busy traffic with the many scooters went just fine. Afterwards, we went through the French Quarter and over the bridge to Banana Island. Highly recommended. The best way to get to know Vietnamese cuisine is through a food tour. Our friendly guide Ling from Friends Travel Vietnam took us through the small streets of Old City Hanoi to hidden gems. There, we thoroughly enjoyed the various Vietnamese snacks and dishes.
