  Tunh is a marvelous person! We were really happy to meet him. We planned the whole trip with him! He provided such a good service throughout the country - the buses were good, comfortable and on time. Such a good person! He really helped us a lot, I wanted to visit only Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, but when we came to this office, we booked every step here, every entertainment spot and the bus option. I really recommend this office! You would enjoy every second of your trip in Vietnam Thank you Tunh❤️❤️❤️

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience with this family-run travel agency in Hanoi! They organized a 10-day trip for us across Northern Vietnam — including Ha Giang, Sapa, Cat Ba, and a cruise in Lan Ha Bay — and everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The entire itinerary was thoughtfully planned and incredibly well-timed. Every transfer, activity, and detail ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the journey without worrying about logistics. We booked a private tour to Sapa, Hà Giang Loop, Ninh Bình (Tam Cốc, Tràng An, Mua Cave), Ha Long Bay, and a Hanoi city tour—and everything exceeded our expectations.   This agency went beyond the call. Best service in town, most certainly. We had booked the Ha Long Bay single day excursion for the next day. Unfortunately got violent food poisoning. We wanted to postpone one day. However the tour operator said that he could not do that and that our payment was non refundable. This is were a good service company comes in. Mr Tung made things happen. And for a small fee that covered the upgrade to our previously trip, we were able to enjoy ourselves the next day. Again. Thank you Mr Tung for understanding and helping us.

  Booked with Hanoi Old Quarter Travel before we left on our trip to Vietnam. Just found them online. Initially contacted via email but ended up booking a 3-day Ha Long Bay and Sapa trip via WhatsApp. Everything was timed well and Thuy Bui was an exceptional travel agent. Couldn't recommend more !!! Would give them 6 stars if I could !!!

  Mrs. Thui Bui arranged a excellent 3 day trip for us in Hanoi. We went on a Hanoi City Tour, Ninh Binh, visited a incense factory, and visited a traditional Viet hat making where we had hands on painting a Viet hat and how the hat is made. The English speaking tour guide Frankie was very good and explained the history and insights of the places we visited.

  Absolutely recommended! I had the pleasure of using Hanoi Old Quarter Travel two years ago, and I still remember how kind, capable and creative the team was in helping me organise a beautiful trip. They were extremely prepared, professional and attentive, offering great suggestions and making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Their prices were also very good, which made the service even more valuable. Unfortunately, due to tiredness after travelling, I completely forgot to leave a review at the time. I would recommend Hanoi Old Quarter Travel without any doubt to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly travel agency in Vietnam.

  Used them for a day trip to Ninh Binh. Everything was just as discussed. The transportation was comfortable and clean, the tour guide was fun, engaging, and knowledgeable. The food was great even for vegans! If you’re looking for a good trip while visiting Hanoi, hit them up.
