  My mother and I had an incredible experience traveling to Vietnam and Laos with Horizon Vietnam Travel. Our consultant, Hannah, was absolutely amazing. A huge plus is that she speaks Portuguese (my native language), which made communication smooth and easy. She customized the itinerary perfectly according to our interests and the places we specifically wanted to visit. She was always attentive throughout the planning, and the local guides were also great. To top it all off, Hannah prepared a heartwarming surprise for us. We arrived on my birthday, and she had a cake ready and even sang 'Happy Birthday' to me! It was such a kind gesture. Everything was wonderful and truly special. I highly recommend their services!

  Horizon Vietnan Travel arranged my 6 day driving tour around North Vietnam and I loved every moment of it. Great communication from day one, options and final tour details very clearly outlined, flexible to adjust the tour to my requests, and then briliantly executed. Seamless throughout. Even the handling of the storm and floods and landslides blocking roads, I felt safe throughout and they quickly adjusted the itinerary to move me away from the stormy area and continue an amazing holiday, ending in a relaxing yet fun Halong Bay cruise.   I had the privilege of spending two unforgettable months in Vietnam, from mid-April to mid-June 2026. Looking back, I think luck was definitely on my side when I searched online for a local tour operator and came across Horizon Travel. My requests were far from simple. This was a very special journey for me, and I wanted an itinerary that truly reflected my interests, pace, and way of travelling. From my very first email, the wonderful young lady who answered my inquiry made me feel genuinely listened to and understood. She patiently helped shape a trip that was exactly what I had hoped for. I travelled solo, accompanied throughout the country by excellent guides and careful drivers. We explored Vietnam from north to south by road, stopping wherever there was something beautiful, interesting, or meaningful to discover. A few places were more crowded than I would normally choose, but I have to admit they were absolutely worth seeing. Everything was impeccably organized. Every transfer, hotel, excursion, and connection ran smoothly, allowing me to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about the logistics. One of the nicest surprises was meeting the team behind the scenes: a group of delightful, professional, and incredibly kind young women. Throughout my trip they checked in with me almost every day to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable and happy. That level of genuine care made me feel much more like a welcomed guest than just another customer. I recommend Horizon Travel wholeheartedly. If you're looking for a company that combines professionalism, flexibility, attention to detail, and warm, personal service, you'll be in excellent hands.

  We planned a 13 nights journey through this agency, and everything was perfect. All the hotels chosen satisfied the requirements we asked for and all the tour guides we got were extremely careful about everything.
