  Thank you Lily travels for making my first ever international tour a wonderful memory. Right from the first day of prebooking till end of the tour, you were always very kind, supportive and welcoming. At one point we wanted to rescedule the bus. Actually we were not expecting that you will help us for the last minute changes. But for our surprise you did it and arranged for the changes accordingly. Perfect and Timely Coordination is your usp. Thank you once again for making our tour hustle free, relaxing one. All the guides, drives you provided were also very cooperative. Special thanks to Mina and Po. Love you guys. We already started recommending you to our friends and family... Two of our friends started their tour with Lily travel this week...

  I would like to sincerely thank Lilly Travel Agency (specially Hany )for the exceptional hospitality and seamless arrangements during our recent trip to Vietnam, especially our stay in Phu Quoc. From planning to execution, everything was perfectly organized. The accommodations, local transportation, sightseeing tours, and overall coordination were handled very professionally, making our trip completely hassle-free and enjoyable. A special highlight was the attention to detail and prompt support whenever needed. The Vietnam and Phu Quoc experience was truly memorable for me and my family, and a big credit goes to the Lilly Travel team for making it so smooth and comfortable.   We have booked Ninh Binh tour with Lily travels and experience was very good. The way of talking, handling and solving our queries, giving ideas are very good. The price was also affordable and better than some websites. Trucy and Hany helped alot in planning and managing our tour. Hany helped finding vegetarian restaurant on the spot within 5 minutes of request. Overall a great experience booking with Lily Travels in Hanoi.

  We had family holiday in Hanoi recently (2 Jan to 8 Jan 2026). The holiday was actually planned and booked in July 2025 under Lily's Travel Agency. The booking agent, Tracy was very helpful and professional. After everything confirmed, Sam, from customer service had took over the follow up. I would like to say that, right from a day before leaving up to reaching back home, Sam had given her best follow up. She send itenaries and other related information one day in advance everyday. Our trip is mixture or group and personal tour. We went to Ninh Binh, Halong Cruise with Amanda Cruise and Sapa. Everything went so smooth. Two things that I really appreciate is Lily's Travel had a good thoughtful arrangement: a room with bathroom for families to rest and refresh while waiting to transit. We came back from Cruise and had 6 hours for our Sapa night bus. We don't have to waste on hotel but given place comfortable for family esp as I got three kids, with some light snack and water. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Secondly, Chu, the guide in Sapa was exceptionally nice, friendly and well mannered. Since, she is local, she provided best explanation about the places. Thank you Chu. Overall, Hanoi holds a good memory and thanks to Lily's Travel for making it smooth trip for our family.

  Through Lily Travel a tour to Vietnam was planned for May 10 to May 20, 2026. It included tourist attractions Hanoi, Ha long Bay, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Ho Chi Minh. Through Lily Towel, Mrs Doris madam arranged our journey in a most auspicious manner. This includes details regarding the daily itinerary, vehicle arrangements, hotel bookings, visa processing, and meal arrangements—as well as the provision of vehicles designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey, free from any physical strain. Mrs. Qualla consistent and meticulous monitoring of the daily schedule—and the manner in which she kept us informed—was truly praiseworthy.   We couples from India had a wonderful 6 days tour in Vietnam last week of March 2026 with Lillys Travels, Vietnam. Ms. Mina was our tour programmer. I would say she is very particular and having good convincing skill what exactly required for. Everything was well organised and timely reminders from Ms. Mina, made easy for us to roam around in Vietnam. Everyday she used to send the details of next day program. Ms. Mina was all time available in whatsapp whenever I have a question. We had overall wonderful experience in Vietnam with Lillys Travels and with Ms. Mina. I suggest Lillys Travels for everyone if you look for a tension free tour in Vietnam....Of course I mention Ms. Larissa from Lilly Travels who helped me to initial booking formalities. Thanks and love to Ms. Mina and all lovely team of Lilly's Travels, Vietnam.....

  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly Recommend Lily’s Travel Agency for Vietnam Tour! We recently booked a trip to Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City through Lily’s Travel Agency, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the very beginning, their management was top-notch – very responsive, professional, and detailed in planning our itinerary. All my silly questions were answered very patiently by Dorris from the sales team. And then Lucy was assigned from the operation' s team which made our entire trip ran like clockwork, with excellent coordination across cities. Every transfer, tour, and pickup was punctual, and their guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. One thing that really stood out was their exceptional hospitality, especially in Hanoi. Our flight landed early in the morning, but hotel check-in wasn’t until later in the day. Rather than leaving us to wait uncomfortably, Lily’s team welcomed us warmly at their office in the Old Quarter, where they offered us a cozy place to rest in their guest lounge. They served tea,coffee and some snacks which was such a thoughtful touch after a long overnight flight. This level of care and attention truly made a difference and showed how much they value their customers. Overall, we had an amazing time exploring Vietnam with them. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Lily’s again for my next visit to Vietnam(different cities this time) and highly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam.   We had a wonderful experience in Vietnam all organised by Lily's Travel agency. They were prompt in their service. We did not have to wait for the driver for pick up at any of the destination we travelled too. Also their guide in all the locations were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Even the staying arrangements at the hotel/residence were great..we got a beautiful view of the beach or nature. The cruise experience was awesome too. Prompt and helpful service. Vietnam is a must visit holiday destination and Lily's Travel agency should be your travel advisor. We want to thank one Ms. Lucy who would reply to all our queries in a giffy and was extremely friendly n warm. We wish Lily's Travel agency all the best.
