  Hieu is the most amazing tour guide and I would highly recommend him! He was very informative about the historical sights and cultural practices. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. He was clear about all the options we had and what the day would look like. No unexpected expenses or changes to plans. He even found charging cable for my sister when her phone died. You will not be disappointed if you book with him!

  My sister with my two daughters and I booked the Ninh Binh full-day tour today and it was a well-organized experience from start to finish. Our guide, Hieu, was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the tour feel like a relative or close friend was showing us around. He also takes amazing photos like a professional and was very well liked by my 2 kids. The bike ride through the rice paddies was a peaceful and scenic way to see rural life. The cave visit was interesting and pictures in the lotus garden was incredible. The boat ride provided nice views and a relaxing end to the day. Overall, a great day that delivered good value for the booking made via Agoda/Viator, with the following adding to the positive experience: - Clear communication and punctual pickup - Hieu’s helpful tips and local insights - Well-paced itinerary that balanced active moments with sightseeing (especially important with 2 toddlers) - Clean, comfortable transport and good safety practices - very good lunch I’d recommend this tour if you’re looking to experience Nin Binh’s landscape, cave, and waterways in one day.

  Had a full day private tour with Hiu covering Ninh Binh. From mountain climbing with constant encouragement to reach the top, bicycle riding through rice paddy to relaxing boat ride it was a full day adventure. Hiu’s energy kept us going in the hot weather to enjoy the activities to fullest.

  Mr. Hieu been is such a sport throughout the tour to Ninh Binh Professional, Polite, very organized. Main highlight he is Jimmy Carey funny. Would recommend any time. No risk.

  Reliable and good travel agency. I did the tour to Ninh Binh with Hieu. It was the best experience I have ever had: Boating through the cave in the river, biking through villages in mountains, climbing…. The food was great too. Thank you so much!

  Perfectly Balanced Day Trip! We had such a great day on our private Ninh Binh tour! The itinerary was really well balanced—we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Our guide and driver were both friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy, making sure we're okay during the tour. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. Highly recommend!
