  My Sapa trip was a welcome escape from Hanoi for a couple of days. Sony's help with planning was invaluable – he's got such a cool personality and was a pleasure to work with. His recommendations, especially taking the sleeper bus instead of the train, were perfect. The HK bus on the way to Sapa was cozy and comfortable. Though Sapa ended up being foggy which limited visibility for photos, I still enjoyed trekking. Summer is supposedly the best time to visit for the stunning views. Pro-tip: pre-arrange all of your ground transport when you return to Hanoi. I learned this the hard way after a “counterfeit money” taxi scam in Hanoi 🤦🏾‍♀️ (my fault, lesson learned!).

  I was recommended Tony to get a reliable SIM card. I was very stressed when I got there, as trying to navigate without WiFi/Google maps was a nightmare! Tony was so calm, kind and helpful. He speaks brilliant English too. Great guy! Thx

  Tony is an incredible person who goes above and beyond to ensure your trip is enjoyable and memorable. We booked a 2D1N Ha Long Bay cruise through Tony just a day in advance. He took the time to search extensively for the specific option we wanted and never pressured us into choosing something readily available. Tony stayed in touch throughout the trip, ensuring everything went smoothly, and even followed up to make sure we boarded our bus back. When the bus driver had trouble locating us, Tony personally made multiple phone calls to the operators to resolve the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Tony's services to anyone planning a trip in Vietnam without hesitation.

  We can strongly recommend Tony - as others have done. He transformed our travel experience in Vietnam through sensible itineraries, flight and bus bookings. More than that, he was always readily accessible for advice. His calm, unflustered personality helped us through a few minor mishaps. Most of all, Tony is just a really likeable, trustworthy guy. We'll miss him!

  We contacted Tony from Australia after he was highly recommended by friends. He organised a great week in Hanoi and surrounding areas with great communication through email and then Whats App. Two weeks before we were to arrive, we asked to change our itinerary and Tony did an amazing job to get an alternative booked (which was better than the original) at no extra cost. Tony greeted us at our hotel and was very polite, humble and helpful at all times. He organised everything from transfers, excursions, personalised treks and even free laundry. We would highly recommend Tony Travel. And he did not ask us to write this review (which many businesses do in vietnam once you've used their services) - We had a hassle free holiday. Thanks.

  Tony assisted me organising the transfers via luxury van between different cities around Hanoi, Sapa, Nim Bhin etc... This was arranged from Australia before arriving in Vietnam. You have to pre pay in advance and I was a little bit worried, but everything ended up well. Make sure to check the final currency conversion when paying the invoice! Tony was always responsive via Whats App and nothing was a big deal.

  Tony helped my travel partner and I get the day trips we were looking for at prices that I feel are very fair. While there's hundreds of travel agents in the city and thousands of places to book online that I can't speak to, I can certainly say you're in good hands with Tony. He makes it easy as can be & made himself available to answer our questions late at night as well as a guarantee that we would enjoy our trips, which we we did! If your hotel is near Tony's, make it easy on yourself and visit his shop first. Thanks Tony!

  If you are considering using Tony Travel or comparing with a competitor, then look no further as I cannot recommend Tony highly enough. Tony ticks every box on customer service, quality and value for money. My friend and I arrived to Hanoi with a few nights accommodation booked as well as a rough plan of what we wanted to see and do and Tony took it from there. Transfers, hotels and tours all booked and organised. Tony stayed in contact the entire trip (and when we left vietnam for cambodia!) and was always only ever a phone call away. The occasional hiccup along the way (that Tony was never at fault for) was fixed promptly. There were numerous times when having difficulty communicating with staff members, that we passed the phone over with Tony on the end of the line and a quick conversation in Vietnamese sorted it out. 12/10 recommend!
