  By far the best travel agency I’ve ever worked with. The level of customer service is that of a 6 star hotel! I would receive texts checking in before, during, and after my trip and it is very refreshing working with a company that actually cares and does not go radio silent after taking your money. We booked the ha giang loop 4d3n and the Ha Long Bag 2d1n and were extremely satisfied with our transfers, accommodations, and the tour guides. Everyone spoke English and they did a wonderful job splitting up the groups into smaller more intimate sizes. Definitely will be coming back in the future. Thank you!

  This is so far one of the best travel agent I have been engaged. They will arranged the local tour for my family and hotels which up to our requirement. The best part is they charged us with reasonable price too. Will definitely engage with them again whenever I go back to VN for visit.   This is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with in all our travels. They listened to what we wanted to see and do and created the best itenary . Was super easy to book and the service was outstanding. We got what’s app messages asking if our accommodation was good each time we moved . Drivers were organised and message sent day before to let us know who was picking us up what time . All accommodation was in great location , clean and well equiped with friendly staff. It took out all the stress and hard work of working out everything ourselves so made our stay very enjoyable. Being a local company they have a great understanding of what each company and hotel has to offer . Highly recommend using. We will use this company again when we go back

  V.I.T Travel had provided a very good private 7D6N tour for my family and I. Dung provided a very good service in planning and managed to accommodate all the places of interest which we would want to visit and she was very responsive to our request. The local guides especially Frank also provided very good service as well when bringing us around, he is young, energetic, helpful and friendly.

  Our trip to Sapa and Hanoi went smoothly, thanks to Tracy and her team. From the time we got in touch with her, she was so patient, making sure every little detail was covered. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Tracy handled all of our requests effortlessly and was incredibly efficient at replying to all my messages. On top of that, everyone on the team was so friendly and courteous. Thank you for a stress-free vacation. Highly Recommended!

  VIT travel is an amazing company, my brother first discovered it when he came to vietnam in june of 2025, and then i followed shortly after and then im back here again and every single time ive booked everything thru Dung from VIT Travel! and even when i lose items on a bus or in another city, id text her, and she’d send me all my belongings back. the process of booking with her is really really quick and easy it doesn’t take more than 2 mins per bus booking. they accept card payment, cash payment, as well as paying through a link. i 100% VIT Travel
