  Everything went well. We were picked up at 7.40 at our hotel at Old Quarter. Our tour guide Sam was informative, funny, helpful. The driver was ice as well. In some reviews I've read that some guides don't give enough time to enjoy everything. Here - no, timing and organization were great. We came back to the hotel at 19.00. Lunch was delicious with a lot of local food. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to organize groups according to if they are going to ride a bike or not. In this case those who can't do in (like us) won't wait for too long. But in general nice experience. The best thing of course is the boat trip, I would recommend 👌

  It was a Great Ha Long Bay Cruise Tour (Hercules Premium) organized by Sam our tour guide. He was friendly, patient and attentive to our needs. The cruise is very clean and seems brand new. Design was modern, comfy chairs to sit and the food is delicious and good variety! Staffs were all friendly and keep us upbeat and excited for our destinations. Love the upper deck and the view is stunning. Worth every penny for this comfortable and hospital tour arrangement

  The trip we have in Ha Long bay organized by the travel agency was excellent, Sam our tour guide, and another one we couldn’t remember the name was very informative and accommodating to everyone. No one felt excluded at all even if we are a very big group of people’s with different groups. From the pick up, bus ride, speed boat ride was thrilling and fun and the cruise really we couldn’t get enough of it. The view was mesmerizing, the buffet was big and filled with delicious seafood. We had fun! In the nearest future,we’ll definitely coming back more with group of friend and families.

  Sam is amazing tour guide ( Hercules Premium Cruise ), really enjoyed the Ha Long Bay tour... I will surely recommend everyone to go on this cruise... Sam was very efficient, he took care of everyone and was very clear with all instructions.. it was our best decision to book with this cruise and having Sam as our Tour guide. The tour included the surprise cave, titop mountain and speed boat ride.. speed boat ride is amazing......I have no words to describe how good this was...!!! Also the food buffet was amazing

  The Halong bay trip was worth the hype. Sam communicated with us right from the beginning, coordinated the pick up well and made sure things were as per the timing. The bus was luxurious and clean. The cruise was right as seen in the pictures. It’s new and elegantly designed with the modern touch. The activities were well timed and gave enough time to enjoy. I personally enjoyed the jacuzzi in the cruise. The food was very good and especially being a vegetarian, wasn’t left hungry like in other cruises. I appreciate the entire trip and setting.

  Had an amazing experience on the day tour in Ha Long Bay. Sam was an informative tour guide who accompanied us throughout and shared a lot of interesting facts about Vietnam throughout the trip.

  We did an Halong Bay Tour and loved the experience. Anyone coming to Hanoi should definitely go to Halong Bay, and book your tour with Vietnam Asia Trip. Sam, our tour guide was amazing, he took really good care of all of us. He's very knowledgeable and a very nice and soft spoken person. Thank you for the amazing experience Sam. Will surely come back.
