My partner and I wanted to organise a trip to the Tam Coc National park on our last day in Vietnam but were worried about getting to the airport in time in the evening. When I contacted Vietnam Open Tours by What's App I got through to Hannah who organised everything perfectly for us. She set up a taxi direct from Tam Coc to Noi Bai Airport (at a very cheap rate, no less), and even offered to come to our hotel so we could pay for the trip. The Tour itself was fantastic with a wonderful Tour Guide Andy and the Taxi picked us up and dropped us off exactly as described. Couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Hannah!

Booked Hanoi City Tour with Lunch with them & don’t regret it at all.. Our guide Tony Thiên was knowledgeable, kind and made the tour lively and comfortable. The tour was at a good pace also giving us enough time to explore the place by ourselves.

Booked a Hoa Lu and Tam Coc Biking and Boat day trip and this was the highlight of my stay in Vietnam. The tour guide was so kind and spoke English well. We went to all the given places with a good pace and the light biking session was very nice. I enjoyed the 1.5 h boat ride the most myself, the astonishing views of Tam Coc will be missed. The tour was also very cheap, got a first time 10% discount on Viator and paid 57€ for two people. The buffet meal was okay.

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a day tour of Halong Bay, and I cannot express enough how fortunate I was to have Mr. Tony as our tour guide. From the moment we set foot on the boat until the final farewell, Mr. Tony's exceptional qualities as a guide shone brightly, making our experience truly unforgettable. First and foremost, Mr. Tony's command of the English language was simply remarkable. Communication was seamless throughout the tour, as he effortlessly conveyed his extensive knowledge and passion for Halong Bay. His fluency in English allowed us to engage in meaningful conversations, ask questions, and gain deep insights into the rich history and enchanting legends surrounding this natural wonder. One of the most outstanding aspects of Mr. Tony's expertise was his exceptional eye for photography. As we sailed through the breathtaking landscapes of Halong Bay, he consistently identified the most picturesque spots and angles for capturing extraordinary photos. With his guidance, we were able to capture moments that truly showcased the beauty and magnificence of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mr. Tony's photography skills ensured that we left with an invaluable collection of stunning memories to cherish forever. What truly set Mr. Tony apart was his profound knowledge of limestone cave formations. His expertise on this subject was awe-inspiring, as he led us through the mesmerizing labyrinth of caves within Halong Bay. With each step, he expertly explained the geological wonders surrounding us, describing the formations with a level of detail that reflected his passion and deep understanding of the subject matter. It was evident that Mr. Tony had invested a significant amount of time and effort into expanding his knowledge, making him an exceptional guide for anyone seeking to learn about the geological marvels of Halong Bay. Beyond his professional expertise, Mr. Tony's warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming and comfortable environment for all. He went above and beyond to ensure that each member of our group had a memorable experience, catering to our individual needs and preferences. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing us with an extraordinary adventure in Halong Bay. In summary, Mr. Tony's remarkable qualities as a tour guide truly elevated our Halong Bay day tour to new heights. His exceptional command of English, remarkable photography skills, and profound knowledge of limestone cave formations set him apart from the rest. If you're seeking an unforgettable experience that combines breathtaking landscapes, educational insights, and impeccable service, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Tony as your go-to tour guide in Halong Bay. Prepare to be captivated by his expertise, enthralled by his stories, and amazed by the stunning beauty that surrounds you.

I would like to thank our guide Thuan on the way to/back to Ha Long. Thuan is great: prompt, helpful and very talented in organization. He speaks excellent English. And he has a sense of humor! ;).

We booked a last-minute cruise on Halong Bay (on the next day) with this agency via GetYourGuide. The booking was confirmed, the payment completed. I contacted them to arrange pick-up and they told me they are fully booked and they can't honour the reservation. I found another solution but I was contacted by them later that evening. They told me their colleague made a mistake and they can in fact confirm our trip. Since we had already made another booking, we did not use their services. I found the whole thing quite unprofessional.

Sorry for that bad Review but Price-performance is not working So its ok you know you go on a mass touristic event to stay there on a boat for one night but first at all you getting rebooked on another boat and told you you get a Upgrade maybe the oldest boat from ha long bay I like old boats it's ok but not for that Price even the drinks are really expensive The experience from Ha Long bay you already know is many ships and really crowded the boat is only going 3-5 miles Anker and from there the boat you with a small boat to a massive crowded cave and a massive crowded beach it's the perfect Scam Experience you can get if you like Importend is Jack is a very good guide and the crew is friendly!

I don’t recommend this operator. We booked a tour for Halong Bay with many weeks in advance. The communication with Ian was really bad, I had to write him several times just to receive answers to really simple questions about the transfer service from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I took him several days to give me partial answers. I ended up canceling because of the lack of communication
