  Family and myself were very lucky to find Ashaq Viet Nam Travel Agency. Ms. Lamia was with us all day long, providing information. Starting from applying for visas till saying good bye on the day we left. She was always at our help. Till i asked here once if she ever sleeps due to the time difference between Vietnam and our country. She responds within seconds and provides accurate helpful information. We applied for a visa with one nearly expired passport, so we had to renew the passport. Ms. Lamia was with us to avoid this problem till we entered Vietnam. Ms. Lamia and the group in Ashaq Viet Nam Travel Agency made us achieve a non forgettable trip by being with us all day, meeting us on time, providing tickets for the family, arranging trips day by day, amending the plan to what suits the family. I would say that Ms. Lamia did a great management of our trip. So a special big thank you to her and to the team. I advise others to deal with this group to have an enjoyable tour throughout Vietnam.

  I had the pleasure of working with Johny to organise all the logistics for a 30-day study tour in southern Vietnam for 40 Australian students and 40 students in Northern Vietnam . He was incredibly helpful in securing great accommodation, transport, restaurants, and tours. Johny worked tirelessly throughout the planning stage and continued to support us on the ground once the students arrived, ensuring the trip was safe, well-organised, and truly memorable.   I highly recommend their service. I used them to issue entry visas and the team has been phenomenal. Johny has been the main contact and he's quick and reliable and got the visa's done on time. And he goes above and beyond he's been very supportive with answering a lot of my questions for my next upcoming group trip. Ashaq Vietnam are solid great quality service providers.

  This agency is really the one to go to!! My E-visa got denied and they came to rescue, I couldnt have gone to vietnam without them. Thank you all. No words can describe how happy I am, they are all very nice and sweet, and they really care about their clients. Will 100% go back to them the next time im traveling to vietnam!

  I’ve went to Vietnam for one week and it was funny and I enjoyed it a lot and try many new experiences in the mountains, caves, seas, and cities thx to Ms lamia she did her best to guide me and even showed me more places than the program say ❤️😍👍🏻

  First of all, I want to thank all the staff members for their perfect work in providing help and support during my visit to north Vietnam.
