  Great experience of private tour for my husband and me in Cambodia for 10 days thanks to Best Price Travel & Hang (Moon)! Hang was professional, honest and provided us with a hassle-free travel. The whole tour was personalised for our preferences and wishes, with Hang's expert advice. From the moment we stepped foot in Siem Reap (where the tour began) until we were taken to the airport in Phnom Penh, we had no worries, the tour ran really smoothly. The tour guides spoke good English, were very knowledgeable, polite and fun, kept a pace matching us, and they asked for our preferences regarding lunch, timings, etc. The organisation was perfectly timed: as soon as we left a place, the driver was outside to take us to the next location. There was still plenty of time for us to explore the cities on our own, and the tour guides had great tips for us on what to do, where to go, how to get a real taste of Cambodia. The hotels were well chosen, all had breakfast, and breakfast was always great. The locations of the hotels were central. The cars were spacious and comfortable, and the drivers drove well and carefully. Hang was in contact with us via WhatsApp the whole time, updating us when needed, solving any issues, even from a distance. My next trip to Southeast Asia will be via Best Price with Hang, and I've recommended them to all my friends. Thanks!

  The cruise was amazing. Right from the start, Jasmine was easy to reach and was a huge help with coordinating the trip. The beds were very comfortable and Sam communicated the best things to do and see while on board. On our second day we went to Cat Ba island with our own personal tour guide, Ha. She was very informative and has a great personality, she was very outgoing and it made the trip to VietHai village extremely fun. The food was awesome, I had a great time and the staff on board were all very attentive and professional. Definitely would reccomend.

  12-Day Vietnam Tour – Incredible Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon! My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. From the moment we booked until we returned home to Australia, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well-organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport — was perfectly timed and stress-free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were thoughtfully arranged as set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy each destination at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. Even better, a refund was processed for the activities we missed and, once again, Moon was right there keeping us updated. This was truly a hassle-free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. For our next holiday, we won’t look anywhere else, we’ll be booking again with Best Price Travel. Thank you, Vietnam, Best Price Travel, and especially the lovely Moon!

  14D Highlights of Vietnam and Siem Reap for 2pax Service from Rosie was outstanding from the time we booked our tour till our last day. She was contactable all the time and we appreciated greatly her prompt response to our emails and whatssap messages. The guides assigned to us spoke good English and were knowledgeable about places we visited. They and the drivers were patient and caring and were intentional in giving us the best experience! Would like to flag out Mr Tung Vu our driver/guide who guided us in Hanoi and introduced us to delicious authentic street food and the best bahn mi and dessert in town. Mr Tommy from Sena Cruise gave us a memorable experience in Halong. Mr Booky (we understand is a rooky in the industry) did an amazing job on our full day Mekong Delta itinerary. We wish everyone all the best!

  My recent 3-day, 2-night cruise booked through Best Price Travel on Garden Peak cruise from 14th June to 16th June was, in every sense, a disaster. While the onboard staff were pleasant and the food was grear, the company’s management and the cruise’s condition were completely unacceptable. ​The Reality vs. The Advertisement: We booked based on advertised amenities—specifically a cabin with a working bathtub and hydrotube. We received neither. On Day 1, our bathroom flooded, creating a serious electrical safety hazard. When we contacted our agent, Mia, we were told it was "fixed," only to find it still broken and leaking. We were moved on Day 2, only to be placed in a second cabin that was equally unacceptable: no functional bar fridge, no working hydrotube, and the room was not properly cleaned. ​Unsanitary & Unsafe Conditions: The hygiene was appalling. The toilet and shower areas were covered in visible mold—a significant health risk in an enclosed cabin. We also dealt with a lack of privacy (windows looked directly onto other boats) and zero Wi-Fi, which was not communicated. ​Misleading Itinerary: The itinerary was vastly underwhelming. We were promised a "pristine" swimming and kayaking area, but our guide took us to a beach covered in trash, despite passing several much cleaner options. There was an excessive amount of idle time on the boat with no activities—no squid fishing, no cooking class. In a 3-day, 2-night trip, we were given a ridiculous 1.5 hours of total swimming time. ​Deceptive Customer Service: Best Price Travel failed to provide the services contracted. When we sought remediation for the blatant false advertising and hazardous conditions, our agent simply told us to "rest and go to bed" and refused to offer any refund or compensation. ​Legal Notice: Best Price Travel is in clear violation of: ​Law on Consumer Protection (2023): For deceptive practices and failing to provide services as advertised. ​Law on Tourism (2017): For failing to meet basic quality and safety standards for accommodation. ​Civil Code of Vietnam: For fundamental breach of contract. ​We have documented all of this with photos and videos of the flooding, the mold, and the unusable facilities. We are currently demanding a full refund for this loss of value and will be escalating this to the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) and the Ministry of Industry and Trade if this is not resolved. ​Bottom line: Save your money and your "dream trip." Avoid Best Price Travel.
