  Trung tâm không quá đông, nhân viên thân thiện, trước khi đến nhớ hẹn lịch, lăn tay mất khoảng 45’ từ lúc vào cửa. Lúc vào sẽ cất điện thoại vào tủ khoá và lấy số chờ nv xem hồ sơ. Sau khi nv kiểm tra đủ hồ sơ sẽ phát số chờ để vào quầy

  Chú ý tắt đt trước khi vào, ko là chú bảo vệ sẽ nhắc nhở và đuổi ra ngay

  Despite booking an appointment in advance, I was asked to take a new booking number upon arrival, which put me in the same queue as individuals who had not booked beforehand. This completely negated the purpose of my prior appointment and wasted a significant amount of my time. Additionally, the receptionist I encountered was unprofessional, impolite, and appeared untrained to handle such situations. This lack of organization and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a service that deals with time-sensitive and important matters such as visa applications.

  Very bad experience, the young receptionist girl was obnoxious, impolite and lack of knowledge. I overheard her name was Hảo or Thảo. She gave me misinformations and wrong directions. Which resulted in wasting my time. I was in Saigon Center and it was much better. People were much more polite. We have for the service and expect to get decent quality service, not to get attitude and misinformations.
