  We were desperately looking to get a tourist visa for China. As foreigners, it was really hard to get it by ourselves, but we reached Nam (the manager) and he was so professional and helpful. With a blink of an eye, he got us our visas and it only took him a week to get them. I would recommend them every time. Perfect service, and he was always reachable via WhatsApp, to answer any doubt that we could have Thank you Nam

  Very welcoming and trustworthy agency ! Mr Nguyen was very friendly and helped me a few years ago with my visa issue. Although I was absolutely not confident leaving my passport to a stranger he was extremely reassuring and kept me informed all the way with every step of my visa demand. I got the required papers and my passeport back very quickly. Thank you again !

  Wow. My husband and I walked to Chapi, dreading having to talk about visas. EVERYTHING we read online counteracted something else, and we had no idea what we were in for. Our goal was to obtain our second three month, multiple entry visa to Vietnam. After no time at all, Nam (we love him!) had answered all of our questions and begun our visa application process. He continued to help over email, providing guidance for how to obtain a visa to India. We have stayed all over Hanoi and will continue to bounce around, but no matter where we bounce, we'll return to Chapi for all our travel and visa needs! Thank you Chapi! Thank you Nam!

  Nam and his staff are Amazing, they are there to help you with anything you need. They go above and beyond what you would expect. The ONLY travel and visa service i would ever go to in Vietnam. I have NEVER had customer service like i get at Chapi's. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and my family, i look forward to all our future buisness together.

  I wish there was a 10 star option to give for the service i have received on and off over the last 9 months while here in Hanoi. Nam and his team are amazing and tailor to your requirements. Im sure i will continue to use them during my time here in Vietnam. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have the stress taking out of organizing trips. It a one stop shop for all your activities. I wish them every success in their business.
