  ALEX ZHOUMIN APPRECIATION REVIEW Overall, the service did exactly what I paid for and what it said it would do in a timely, communicative, efficient, assured, and good quality manner! Alex Zhoumin was very responsive throughout the entire process. The follow up email came right after purchase and he answered to calls quickly. He also reached out via email and Whatsapp to keep thorough communication. He was very pleasant to work with! Alex Zhoumin was magically and amazingly speedy in processing our eVISA application. I had ordered an emergency eVISA to be delivered in less than two hours before our flight since purchase and he delivered a copy to present to officers despite the eVISA sent a little later. The eVISA technically delivered before our check-in to the flight anyway! I will definitely recommend this service and particularly Alex Zhoumin to anyone else who is ever in my same situation due to lack of travel experience. This service can be trusted with your money. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to visit Vietnam! I am deeply grateful!

  Alex literally saved our entire trip and was so knowledgeable, reassuring, responsive and kind during an otherwise very stressful experience. We needed to fly out on a weekend and what was a public holiday in Vietnam, but Alex was still incredibly responsive and got us our visa same day and even slightly earlier than anticipated. I was also able to call him with questions that came up and he was so helpful and receptive every time. I can’t recommend this service enough!!

  We found out we needed a visa to go to vietnam 8 hours before our flight and contacted several companies for getting expedited processing. Alex at Vietnam Visa Booking was the only one to answer our call at 1AM Vietnam time and told us he could get us a pre-approval letter within an hour!! He then walked us really clearly through all the steps to get the paperwork in and successfully got us our e-visa in time for our flight!! Super prompt and clear communication. Great service, highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast turnaround (especially on a Sunday, no less). Thank you, Alex, you are the MAN!

  I made a typo in my passport # and didn’t notice until I was trying to board. Trying to figure out everything was very stressful. The price for the weekend service was steep, but it was definitely worth it given the time crunch and Alex’s service is very reliable and responsive.

  I have such a good experience with Vietnam visa booking co. Especially Alex They saved my whole trip. I was not able to get a visa and was stuck at the airport. They were able to save me and my family from losing our flight and getting us our visa and making our whole trip special before Christmas .   I received truly emergency assistance. In 3 hours, staff member Alex managed to get my boarding authorization, and my e-visa was sent via WhatsApp. With that, our vacation continued normally. I was worried about the service being via WhatsApp, but everything worked out and staff member Alex resolved our problem!
