  This is the BEST service! I am so thankful to Andrew and Joey Visa for helping me get an emergency visa just HOURS before my flight arrival! I was at my departure airport and I realized I entered my return date incorrectly. Andrew responded immediately and within 5 minutes or less, collected all my information and notified me that I would have my visa in just a few hours. My whole trip to Vietnam would have been different if it wasn’t for his help! Amazing service and perfect English speaking skills. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could!

  I applied for an eVisa expecting it to be processed within the 5 days advertised on the official website. As a backup, I decided to use Joey Visa to secure a guaranteed visa option. Joey Visa advised me that, due to my nationality, I was unlikely to receive my eVisa in time. They were absolutely right—my eVisa was not processed before my travel date. Thankfully, Joey Visa arranged a Visa on Arrival for me within just 5 days, allowing me to travel as planned. They even personally met me at the airport, handled the visa process, and I was able to skip the long immigration line. Their service was professional, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. I 100% recommend Joey Visa to anyone who wants peace of mind when travelling.

  One of the best services I’ve experienced. You don’t have to keep following up again and again like with other companies. Joey Visa is truly reliable just send your passport copy and photo, make the payment, and your visa is processed on time.   Just got our eVisas approved in time for our flight tomorrow thanks to Joey Visa and their amazing team. I’d submitted both my and my partner’s eVisas the Sunday preceding the Tet holidays without realising the immigration department would be closed for a whole week. I found Joey Visa’s contact details on Facebook the following Monday and they guaranteed we’d have our visas ready at 5pm on the 23rd February, once immigration was back from their public holiday. Our visas were ready before 4pm - earlier than promised. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they charged a very reasonable price and made sure to remain available at all times for any questions, replying to all my messages immediately. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joey Visas for anyone needing visa assistance for Vietnam!

  Fantastic service! We realised, very last minute, that our visas weren’t going to be processed on time for us to be able to board our flight to Vietnam. A few quick WhatsApp messages with Joey Visa and they had it sorted within a matter of hours. Only for them we would not have been able to enter Vietnam. We also got fast track from them so that we could skip the huge customs queue when we got to the airport - it was so worth it, we got through so quickly. Lastly, we got our eSIMs for Vietnam from Joey Visa - we got a great package at a very reasonable price and it has been working absolutely perfectly so far. Would highly recommend this service!

  If you’re planning a trip to Vietnam and the e-visa isn’t an option for you, please read this before you start your research spiral. I spent a lot of time vetting visa-on-arrival services and it came down to two options. One of them turned out to be completely fraudulent and shady… that story deserves its own post but that experience made my choice crystal clear: Joey’s Visa. And boy, was I right!! From the very first exchange, Andrew (the person I worked with) was an absolute green flag. Professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. He handled the approval letter process seamlessly and was always responsive, he never left me wondering, never made me chase him down. The level of communication was exceptional: proactive, thorough, and always making sure I felt taken care of. The service once at the airport was immaculate. My flight was delayed, and I fully expected the VIP meet-and-greet team to have wrapped up and gone home but they hadn’t. His staff waited for me, welcomed me, and walked me through every step of establishing my visa on arrival. Andrew and the entire Joey’s Visa team exceeded every expectation.   Joey Visa was very professional and quick! He helped us get our visa on a very tight time crunch. It was our first time in Vietnam and it is always difficult to get connected to the right person in these types of situations, but the staff was very nice and went above and beyond to get us all the documentation sorted. I definitely would recommend!
