  My cousin and I really love our stay at Hanoi, thanks to Mr. Long! He picked us up from our hotel, dropped us back there at the end and were super helpful with whatever question we had. His English very good, has an amazing knowledge of their city, and very funny. We also enjoyed listening to his own personal stories about their place. I love him. Highly recommend Eviva for everyone!

  The agency is very experienced and takes care of every small detail from the moment I arrive at each destination. They always checked in to make sure everything was okay and even contacted the hotels to follow up. The guide in Hanoi ( Mr Edward )was lovely and amazing, and the guide in Ho Chi Minh City ( Mr Gia )was extremely helpful, funny, and always trying to make sure I enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much, highly recommended! And a Big thank you to Ms Jolie for her immediate assistance 🥰

  Easily the best and easiest place to get a VISA for travel to Vietnam. They also offer and assist with planning your itinerary and make everything absolutely seamless! Sofia and the team are easy to contact and always ready to help

  We had an unforgettable family trip to Vietnam and Laos thanks to Eviva Tour Vietnam. From the first contact to our last goodbye, everything was smooth, friendly, and full of local charm. Our guides were simply amazing — professional, warm, and always ready to share stories, hidden gems, and the best food spots. The itinerary balanced culture, nature, and relaxation perfectly, and the logistics were flawless (transfers, hotels, and timing all on point). Special thanks to the guides who made each day fun and personal for our whole family. Also, a big THANK YOU to Ms. Nhung, without her nothing was possible. We loved every minute and highly recommend Eviva Tour to anyone wanting an authentic, hassle-free Southeast Asia experience!

  Sucky service, they charge 110 usd for expidited visa. I get the Visa and see the date of leave is wrong, not their fault of course. I am however 100% sure I filled out the form correctly, giving me 2 extra days just in case. But we asked them the day we arrived if it would be a problem, because we asked a 30 day visa and now the date is incorrect, and they assured us everything was fine. Otherwise I would have had 3 weeks in Vietnam to get an extension. Now we had trouble at the immigration at the airport because I “overstayed”. And I had to pay a fine. They refuse to help. Don’t contact these people, saw a lot of people at the immigration office with the exact same problem. It’s a SCAM.
