  Thank you GP Travel for helping us to plan a great trip in Vietnam. Thanks for the great advise. We had a fantastic time with a great sceneries in different cities such as Ninh Bình, Hải Phòng, Hà Nội and Cao Bằng. Especially in Ban Giốc waterfalls. The waterfalls were amazing. Your quick response to our requests was very appreciated. Highly recommend to use GP Travel!!!

  We had Nam as our guide for a 11 day motorbike tour through north Vietnam. It was a perfect trip, many rememberable moments and we felt well looked after the entire time. Thank you Nam for the unforgettable trip!!!

  I was struggling to find Halong Bay cruise with a good transparent price, with clear itinerary, room sizes and overall details (many of the online platforms are very generic info, and cruises webs are confusing with the many groups and cruise names). And then there's the risk of scams/very cheap boats as I have read online. After searching on online threads, websites, and even some needing to initiate on WhatsApp (with bits-by-bits info), I decided to email GP travel after seeing some recommendation online, and Mr. Thuy replies were relatively quick (w/in 1-2 days), with clear replies and plans and good prices of cruises they collaborate with. The detailed info provided to me on the cruises when I ask were also very clear. The clear info gives you confidence that the travel agent knows what we sign up for instead of just selling products. Not to mention, he gave good advice too that might improve our itinerary like when or which cruise have what benefits over the others, or from Hanoi or Ninh Binh better. Also booking through agent gives more flexibility of arranging where to pick up, some webs restrict area like Tam Coc, and so on. The simple and cheap transport arrangement from him from hotel-bay-hotel saves a lot of time, planning, and uncertainty too. We got the Signature Cruise 2D1N down Bai Tu Long Bay from Mr. Thuy, with great price, and it was the best part of my Vietnam trip, love the cruise rooms (with a jacuzzi bath albeit hot water might not work sometimes; with lots of windows that can open; and great aircon. Staffs were all so friendly too. And one of the greatest aspect - totally not expected - was the great food in courses, only the last brunch was buffet simple selections but has great food too, I like the 1 dim sum - restaurant level. We like the humble Chef who were introduced to us all too, must give him credit). Kayak is simple no under cave perhaps due to typhoon earlier in the days. Cave was a bit of a let-down and the cruise manager talks a lot just to distract us from not realizing the cave that small, but wasn't expecting much of it since we are not in Halong Bay with bigger caves. But just that, most other aspects were great, really worth it. Back to GP Travel, we are just very glad to have booked through Mr. Thuy and gotten his recommendation on choosing this Cruise, the limousine from Hanoi over to the Bay was great too. And anything we needed, can just WhatsApp him and his replies and actions are fast, so we were assured. Just the fact knowing they are authentic to their work, no scams, and feels like the drivers and tour they arrange are somehow affiliated, so they know each other's standard & authenticity is assuring. Payment is a smaller 10-20% deposit and the rest is near the date, so it also set some peace of mind, but do bring enough cash, I forgot my online transactions needed OTP lol. Will definitely book through Mr. Thuy/GP Travel again if I come Vietnam again and needed some transports/tours, or maybe even Laos.

  Willie is an amazing guide: very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I cannot recommend him enough! We stumbled upon the agency by chance, and are very grateful to Mr. Thuy! Everything was perfectly organized! An agency you can count on with your eyes closed.

  GP Travel made our first trip to Vietnam Heavenly. Thanks to Mr. Thuy, our travel was stress free and full of activities. The drivers and the guides were professionals and always ready to support us. A big kuddo to our guide Mr. Thu with whom we travelled through Hue, Danang and Hoi An. Thank you again GP travel for your amazing planning and willingness to answer our many questions.

  We booked a tour for Ninh Binh one day in Limousine (little group), it was very nice, 0 problem and good price, staff is very very kind and helpful, no scam, and thanks particularly to Sự who was very kind, they speak also good english and French, i really recommend to go to this place to book tour guide operators

  GP travel and Mr Thun went above and beyond with organising our travel plans in Vietnam. From start to finish our interactions were professional, helpful and so kind. We booked a 5 night hiking tour in the Hoang Su Phi district in a less touristic area. The hike was mentally and physically challenging with the summer heat but we enjoyed the challenge and were well looked after the whole time by our tour guide Nam local guide Lee and chef Kinh and local homestay families. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we cannot thank these guys enough for inviting us into their community. We hiked through rice patty farming communities, remote minority communities and the jungle. Mr Thun allowed us to leave extra luggage at the travel office and sent it on a grab to meet us at our hotel when we returned to Hanoi, which was greatly appreciated. He also organised our transport for the rest of our journey through Vietnam. Would recommend GP travel to everyone ! And huge shout out to Nam - thank you for everything.

  I went to this office and they did my job with good manners and were very kind. Mr. Thuy is a very patient and kind person and works fairly.
