  I had an urgent travel need, and Miss Ly and her agency jumped into action and resolved the issue for me flawlessly. Easily one of the best travel agency experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few: 4 million flight miles to 100+ countries)

  Ly is very friendly and helpful. She booked a 4D3N Ha Giang loop for me and made all the modifications I requested. It was a good motorcycle tour. The price was reasonable and the tour company was good. I loved it. I also booked a luxury Halong Bay day trip for my family and it was an enjoyable experience. Ly gave me a great price. She even tried to help me book train tickets to Danang but I ultimately chose to fly instead. She also helped me book rooms at her hotel (Hanoi Holiday suites/Diamond hotel) whenever I wanted as I was travelling spontaneously. She was honest and direct with the prices. There was no need for haggling or unnecessary bargaining. I would totally recommend Miss Ly's travel agency to anyone who wants to book tours in Northern Vietnam. Thank you Ly. I didn't click a photo of her but I've added a photograph I took in Halong Bay and one in Ha Giang loop.

  Had a fantastic and memorable week in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Miss Ly’s Travel Agency organized all our tours and transfers. Miss Ly is very responsive to our requests, even when organizing things back in Australia. I highly recommend connecting with Miss Ly’s Travel when organizing your next trip to Vietnam.

  The official government e-visa website didn’t accept my Mastercard when I wanted to pay so I asked Miss Ly to process the visa for me. It was less of a hustle and very fast. I applied with this agency many times and I am satisfied with the results. Efficient and reliable. Well recommended. 👍🏻

  Thank you, Mrs Ly so much! I and my family had amazing trip in Ha Giang. The transportation vehicles was so good. The staff was so nice and friendly. The landscape of Ha Giang is Wonderful, you must come one time in your life.

  Delivered on 4h Visa, and was super responsive and helpful on whatsapp! Ended up in a messy situation where I needed a visa the next day, and she was able to deliver on that. As with most things, it's always a bit unnerving to pay first and get the deliverable later, but she was super helpful in the whole process, in helping get my options figured out, and then expediting the visa process. 100% delivered, and did a great job, if you need any visa help this is the place to go!
