  We contacted Kelly prior to our arrival as we got recommendations, but honestly, we didn't expect how helpful and critical she was to our trip! She helped us to navigate thru the changing weather, got us a Vip shuttle from and to any location in Vietnam, and consulted us about the options to travel at any day and any hour! Everything was super easy and comfortable working with her! Kelly, thank you so much :)

  Ni and Kelly number #1! Thank you for the birthday on halong bay, the hagiang biking tour, and nihn bihn! I am so grateful for your assistance every step of the way. If you are unsure about booking or have questions smile travel agency is the place to go. I enjoyed how the location is on a quiteish alley in old quarter where it’s not so crazy to think. My favorite coffee shop is right next door tornado coffee. I spent days in the alley just enjoying being in vietnam and planning my trips.

  I booked a limo van to Mai Chau here. They cited a better price than several other agencies I talked to, and the person who helped me was friendly. The limo van was comfortable.
