  My family and I recently booked a Vietnam ground tour with Travel Sense Asia and Ms Lucy Nguyen was assigned to us as our Sales Consultant who was attentive and highly accommodating. She took time to understand our travel requirements for Da Nang, Hoi An and Ba Na Hills over our 6 days itinerary. Her thoughtful recommendations on hotels and travel routes truly delivered great value for money. The entire arrangement was seamless and hassle-free. Our transfers and tours were equally well managed. Ms Thiin, our guide for Da Nang to Hoi An journey, was courteous, patient, and very responsive to our queries. She also offered helpful suggestions on places to visit and dine allowing us to enjoy authentic local cuisine, which was a highlight of our trip. Mr Long, another guide handling Ba Na Hills was equally commendable, responsible, knowledgeable and engaging, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. Overall, my family had a fantastic and memorable time. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms Lucy and the entire team for making this trip so enjoyable. We certainly recommend Travel Sense Asia to anyone seeking a well-curated and enriching travel experience with a strong local touch.Thank You!

  We booked our Hanoi trip with Travel Sense Asia and Mr Fin was assigned to us as our Sales Consultant. He was attentive to understand our travel requirements and made the necessary bookings without any issues and that’s the benefit of using a local agent as our family didn’t have to go through the hassle of planning and booking our own itinerary. Throughout the entire process, Mr Fin was very responsive and also made sure to check that everything was going smooth during the tour. Our local guides in Sapa (Ms Su) and Hanoi (Ms Mary) were also very knowledgeable and full of energy. We appreciate their kind hospitality to show us their beautiful country.   My wife and I recently completed a 12-day private tour with Travel Sense Asia, traveling through Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Dalat, and Ho Chi Minh City. Overall, it was a very well-organized experience. Our Tour Consultant at Travel Sense, Ms. Lisa Khong, did a great job. She was professional and patient, working with us to adjust the itinerary until it matched what we wanted to see. We especially appreciated her help on a Sunday when she stepped in to rearrange our airport transport. Based on her reliability, we would definitely work with her again for future trips. The tour started off with an immediate hitch when we arrived in Danang Airport to find out that our pre-arranged local guide for the first five days had been replaced! We ended up with five different guides throughout the trip but all were knowledgeable and their English was clear. • Special Mention: Our guide in Da Nang, Mr. Tuan Bui, was the standout. Beyond his storytelling, we appreciated how attentive he was to our safety and comfort while moving around the city. He made that leg of the trip particularly easy for us. Our favourite guide for sure! The hotels selected were of a good standard, and the logistics were handled well. We enjoyed the meal arrangements, as the agency focused on local food spots that gave us a good taste of the regional specialties in each city. It was a smooth, hassle-free way to see Vietnam. If you're looking for a private tour that handles the details while still giving you a local experience, we recommend Travel Sense Asia.

  Received a tailor made program with wide variety. Very reliable tour consultant Lily Nguyen who made sure we get the trips best suited for us. Impressed with the time management and communication and detailed organization. I would certainly recommend the travel agency to anyone who wants to visit Vietnam. They have all you need, the experience, the knowledge and the excellent public relations with a personal touch giving you the feeling that you are special and important to them.

From the initial planning stages to the final execution, our travel consultant, Lily, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our trip was flawless. Firstly, her attention to detail was exceptional. She took the time to listen to our needs and preferences and tailored the trip accordingly. Every detail, from transportation to accommodation and activities, was carefully thought out and executed seamlessly. Additionally, her knowledge of the destination was outstanding. She provided us with invaluable insights and recommendations, which made our trip all the more enjoyable. She was also incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip.   This is a very good travel company and they are reliable and trustworthy. Lisa helped us with our itinerary and made the entire booking process very seamless. Her attention to detail and the ability to understand my travel preference made planning my trip effortless. I never felt pressured to make a commitment and despite the multiple back and forth messages and changes, she was patient and aways try to accommodate the request If you are looking for a company to make your trip stress free and fuss free, you will not go wrong with Travel Sense.We had the best experience there in Vietnam. The trip is very personalised to your preference and in accordance to your budget. The travel guide that was assigned to us (Mr Dong) was fantastic. He went to great lengths to ensure our comfort and safety throughout the whole trip. Lisa deserves all the credit for doing such a good job and for creating such a positive experience. I am already looking forward to the next trip with them. Travel Sense Asia is now one of my recommended reliable travel company along with Trafalgar.

  Applaud to Ms Lucy (the attentive) and Mr Ric (the joyful guide) from Travel Sense Asia that attend to us (family of 3) starts from booking until ride from hotel to airport. Our trip Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Ha Long - Hanoi.. Especially to Ms Lucy who is very responsive to what apps and phone call too even on weekend ! I will definitely engage my next vacation Hanoi - Sapa with Travel Sence Asia..
