Applied Tuesday morning and picked up our visa on Friday. The clerks spoke perfect English and explained everything well in a friendly and helpful way. Waiting time was around 15 minutes on both days. Efficient operation.

Good experience overall. If you don’t have all the docs you need there is an option to print on site for 5000 vnd per page. Biggest issue is the lack of english of the people who check you in but the actual officials do speak decent english. Everyone was very helpful.

I read not very good feedbacks here so very prepared to apply visa today but I am surprised the process is very smooth, not many people and total abt 10mins for submitting and payment. Good services! I think they improved alot when received good feedbacks.

Visa center is actually located in the nearby building to the one pointed in google maps. Besides all bad reviews I was lucky and my application submission process was fast. Came to visa center at around 12:30, and left at 13:00. The guy who took my application was very supportive and helped to make everything fast. Either they got much better or I was lucky!

Surprisingly efficient… as long as you bring all required documentation with you. It cause a good impression the staff was able to speak English. The main challenge was to find the entrance, just look around for the signs of Chinese Visa Application center and otherwise ask around. Visa application took like 30 minutes for me but I had to come twice. Passport pick-up just took like 10 minutes.

Process has been very smooth. Just make sure you carefully read the requirements on documents to take and how to pay for the application submission in VND and picking up the visa in USD. Note express service was NOT available when we applied, although I found the staff very helpful. If visiting friends/family to stay with, make sure you have a good photocopy printed out of their passport information page, passport visa/business permit page, and a good letter inviting you and any companions to China and where they will stay, for how long, where they live, and that they will be responsible. Very good service, allow yourself a couple of hours!

The front desk staff - while not English-speaking - were very helpful and we got by with sign language and good manners. The process to get our visas was very seamless. The online tracking process is not in real time - it seems to update in batch form later in the day - so we went to collect the visa without it showing that the passports had been returned. But it worked out fine. Just be sure to have crisp USD notes with you, as they won’t take folded notes that are worn. Overall quite a positive experience compared with other visa application offices.

Literally 3h of waiting because employees want to make lunch break and do anything else but their job...a joke is that office. Come as early as you can, no matter your appointment.
